Most people who want to fix their credit quickly usually get caught up in sending dispute letters to the credit bureaus. Some folks might actually go the extra mile and get on the phone with their creditors to negotiate lower payment plans, better rates, or reduced balances. However, in order to really boost your credit scores rapidly, you must also use a few "forgotten" techniques ...
As you progressively erase negativecredit entries in your report, you must also add positive credit profiles to your record as well. Here are a few of the easiest ways to build up your credit score quickly:


1. Keep On Time Payments
Make sure you always pay your current bills on time. Even a handful of late-pays can drop your credit score radically. If you are having difficulty, you may want to consider setting up automatic payments.


2. Manage Your Balances
Don't run up high balances on your credit cards. Try to keep your balances below the recommended 30% figure. Work at paying down these amounts and if you need to, call your card provider and ask for higher limits.


3. Piggybacking
Become a joint account holder with someone close to you. You will "inherit" their credit information on your report which can help with your score. Although this entails some risk as you both are now responsible for the one account, it will help your score in the long run.


4. Small Installment Loans
To really improve your score, you need a good mix of both revolving and installment entries. Revolving credit is ongoing as with credit cards. Installments are, of course, paid off over time. Get yourself a small, easily repayable installment loan and pay on time faithfully.


5. Subprime Cards
Get a secured credit card, gas card, and/or department store card that reports to the credit bureaus. They are relatively easy to get and, although they don't play as large a part in determining your score, they do add to the overall positive profile you are creating.

Of all the powerful actions of the human body, nothing is more poignant than direct eye contact. Direct eye contact normally occurs during conversation in spates of about two seconds unbroken. The speaker in any conversation normally makes less eye contact than the listener and these roles are naturally reversed as the conversation progresses. Direct eye contact can also be used as a great way of flirting, particularly across a room or bar. Making direct eye contact with someone for a prolonged period is a great way to let them know you're interested, and you should easily be able to see by their reactions whether they're interested too. Looking directly into someone's eyes for around five seconds is long enough to let them know something's up, and if you quickly look away straight afterwards, you'll have done enough to cement the deal.

Another great way of flirting is through conversation itself. Be wary however. Rude or vulgar conversation is not to everyone's taste, and it might not be the best way to get you involved.
Flirting through conversation should comprise largely of listening. People love to talk about themselves and their own experiences - it's in our nature. Ask people open questions that allows them to elaborate, and try to be a witty as possible whenever the opportunity arises. A good way to do this is the subtle tease, that is to say making a subtle joke at the expense of the other person. Again, you should tread carefully - just use your common sense, and you should find the moment to come in with the one liner.

Whatever you do, don't use chat-up lines. They're one of the worst approaches to take. Be original and be yourself. Make sure you're interesting and have interesting conversation, but also watch your step, especially if you're talking with someone you don't know. Most of all, have fun with your flirting exploits, and use these skills the next time your in a social situation to try your luck!

Do you want to shake up your sales results? It's time to rethink you're approach and come up with a plan that will produce results. A strategic sales action plan provides an implementable quantifiable path to significantly improve your results.

Let's begin by identifying the key elements of a strategic sales action plan. The key elements of your strategic sales action plan include: the value you provide, your unique market position, your marketing plan, your sales plan, and your follow-up plan. Each element is critical, but you want to develop or review them in a specific order.

Start by identifying how creating the value that you will provide that people are willing to pay money for. This very simple concept is often overlooked, but people will buy from you if doing so is more valuable than buying from someone else like a competitor. And please realize that this value must be provided by you not the company whose products or services you may be selling.

You as an individual sales person need to establish your position in the market. Otherwise you're just like everyone else and there isn't any advantage to buying from you. There are numerous ways to position yourself, but you may want to start by considering: your areas of expertise, who you work with, what you do for the people you work with, speed, quality, etc.

You need a marketing plan to market yourself to the people you want to sell to. A marketing plan isn't just a list of random marketing activities you plan to do hoping to get results. A marketing plan is the overall plan you devise to generate a specific number of qualified leads that you can consistently and predictably repeat. And every action on your marketing plan must be track-able and measurable so you can make adaptations and improvements.

You're most familiar with a sales plan. Your sales plan should specifically tell you how you will proactively move the qualified leads entering your sales funnel into buyers. And you should be tracking each phase making adaptations and improvements.

Do you have a follow-up plan for building and extending the relationship you've started generating more business and referrals? That's the whole point of a follow-up plan. Once you start a relationship with a buyer you want to at least maintain the relationship so they will buy from you again. And your follow-up plan should include sales coaching to help your loyal buyers to refer you.

Shake up your sales results by developing a strategic sales action plan to get the results you want. Of course, a plan in and of itself won't produce the desired results. You produce the desired results by taking the actions you now know are the most effective actions and expecting your desired outcomes to follow.

Simple Techniques To Teach Your Dog To Walk Politely By Your Side

A lot of people have problems with their dogs pulling on leash. Pulling starts from a very young age. Learning what triggers the pulling and how to change it can make leash walking with your dog more enjoyable and fun.

Dogs naturally pull on leash for several reasons. First, it works, period! Your dog learns at a very early age that if they hit the end of the leash and start leaning and pulling, they will make forward progress. The dog is trying to close the distance between themselves and whatever they are looking at - and the leash is restricting that.

Since most dogs can cover distance a lot quicker than humans can, they will pull to the point of gasping for breath. Second, dogs have what is called opposition reflex. As soon as they feel pressure on their necks or chests they reflexively lean into it. So, given this information, it is vital to begin anti-pulling exercises at a very young age.

To begin, you must be able to stand still with your dog on leash without him pulling and straining at the end of it. Have some treats ready to reward your dog when the leash becomes slack. Put the loop of the leash on your thumb and hold the remainder of the leash in your free hand.

As your dog pulls and the leash becomes tight, pull your dog back into you while giving him a verbal correction. Some dogs will run and hit the end of the leash again. You must persevere and pull your dog back into you with a verbal correction as many times as it takes.

Sooner or later he will give up and stay near you with the loose leash. At this moment, heavily reward your dog with food, praise, and pats. Once he is standing consistently with you on a loose leash you can begin your walk.

When you begin your walk, start with the leash hanging loose. As you take a few steps forward, your dog will most likely run ahead and hit the end of the leash. As soon as he takes off and the leash becomes tight, immediately change directions and make a full turn. Your dog will have no choice but to follow suit.

As your dog catches up to you, be ready to heavily reinforce him. Proceed forward and be prepared to turn around again. Try to focus on the times when your dog is walking next to you and the leash is loose rather than on times when the leash is tight.

If you allow your dog to make forward progress when the leash is tight, then you are training your dog to pull. Your dog needs to learn that there will be no forward progress made when the leash is tight. In fact, they will lose distance by making the turn.

Another exercise to try is the red light/green light game. Begin walking forward with your dog.
When he hits the end of the leash and begins pulling, immediately put on the brakes. Your dog will most likely fight this and start bucking, but it is important to remain rigid and become a statue.

Do not look at your dog, talk to your dog, or move forward again. You will probably need to put the red light on often in the beginning, but with repetition and consistency, your dog will begin to see the picture; leash is tight no distance is covered, leash is loose forward progress is made. Yippee!

Yet another exercise is to form circles. Begin walking forward with your dog on a loose leash. If your dog runs forward and hits the end of the leash, pull him back in close to your body and spin in a circle once or twice.

Stop and begin to walk forward again. This will momentarily disorient your dog long enough for you to make several steps with a loose leash. At this point you can heavily reward him with a few special treats coupled with heavy praise. Remember that the key to training is information and communication from you.

There are hand and arm saving pieces of equipment on the market for adult dogs with extreme pulling habits. Gentle Leader Head Collars or Haltis are great tools to use until your dog is trained. However, dogs do not generalize well, and if you use a special collar to walk your dog, once you take the collar off the no-pull effect will not filter over. The best prevention is to train your dog on his flat buckle collar and reinforce loose leash walking. Good Luck!
