Paris Is Peace of Mind

By William Gabie

Very few cities in Europe can compete with Paris as a romantic destination; ideally situated along the banks of the river Seine. For most people visiting Paris, a short stay is often the way they first see the city; you can never become bored in this beautiful city.

A city famous for its fabulous architecture, good food, wine, street markets and galleries; plus sights like the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre and many other places that are havens for tourists, both home grown and international. Fortunately for tourists, Paris has a first rate transportation system; there is an excellent underground system called the Metro which runs regular trains into the city center and is very easy to understand.

No visit would be complete without a trip to the top of the almost 1,000 feet tall Eiffel tower; there are only a few places in the city where it isn't visible. You can be assured of an even more beautiful sight if you visit in the evening when it is illuminated; guided tours add to the thrill as you get to peek into history on how it was constructed.

A walk along the Champs Elysees is essential when you visit Paris; it will present you with many famous designer shops and good restaurants. This avenue may be select but it attracts large numbers of visitors daily; the average tourist may find the accommodation expensive but more modest hotels can be found away from this area.

This city is also the home to the renowned Louvre Museum; it houses over three hundred thousand exhibits but not all of them are ever on display at the same time. There are so many exhibits here they cannot all be viewed during a short stay in Paris; approximately 8 million visitors a year come to see the Venus de Milo and the Mona Lisa, both of which are on display.
Many well known artists spent years of their lives in Paris; painters like Monet and Picasso spent many years here and a large number of their art works can be seen in Paris today.

Paris is also the home of the equally famous Arc de Triomphe which Napoleon had constructed in the early part of the 19th century; the names of his generals engraved upon it to honor them and his troops. A little known fact is that there's a viewing observatory built into the building allowing the whole area to be viewed; it stands in the place where the city's main avenues begin including the Champs Elysees.

This city has a huge variety of places to visit, many of these have not even mentioned here; but these should certainly not to be missed because many offer regular guided tours, some at little or no charge at all. On your short say in Paris you will only see a small sample of what is available for a visitor; anything else on your 'to see' list can wait for your next trip.

Experience Paris, even if its only for a short stay.

Relief From Stress - Just Change Your Mind

By Michael Pollak

It all started when I changed my mind. What do you mean, you ask? Relief from stress is what started. Well, life can be full of hardships, difficulties, trials, and really bad stuff. Why should you be happy through it? I'll tell you why. The only true way to make it through trial after trial after trial is... focus. What kind of focus? Focus on what it is you truly desire the most; your vision for your life. In this case you want relief from stress.

Now that I've got your attention, listen to this. People experience stress in their life, of course. How do we get relief from stress? There are many tips, strategies, programs, potions and all sorts of things. You know what? A lot of things work to give you relief from stress. You can get information from just about anywhere and if you tried it, it would work. Then, what really is the solution. Nothing will work unless you are focused on your desired outcome.

I have a lot of proven ideas on managing your life to get relief from stress. I can give all of them to you. That's not a problem. The problem is; how do you make these solutions work in your own life? If you have never done something before there is always a feeling of nervousness, doubt, or worry. Maybe we won't be able to do it.

You might feel this way even if I hand you the step by step proven method to get want you want. A very successful person named, Joshua Shafran related a great illustration for this. I'll paraphrase. You are confronted by a mine field and you have to get across it. I, having successfully crossed this mine field numerous times, created a map that accurately marks every mine. If you follow this map you will make it across the mine field successfully.

I know what you're thinking. But this is making me stressed out just thinking about it. How is this relief from stress? Let's keep going and you'll see. Even though you may have complete trust in me and the map, you may very well be worried that you'll never make it across. Why? You have never done it before. Everyone comes up against things for the first time in their life all the time. How do we deal with it? By changing your mind.

Just because you have the right tools doesn't mean you can successfully cross the mine field. You need to believe in yourself. It takes focus. Focusing on what you are doing. How does this help you get relief from stress? We all have habits. We do things out of habit because we don't stop and consciously think about what we are doing. We just react. This is how habits lead our lives and we're just along for the ride sometimes. When we are focused on making decisions based on our vision for our life, we are empowered. Empowered to overcome habits and circumstances.

You see, circumstances do not control us. Though, sometimes we think they do. There is great power in making decisions based on our vision for our life instead of making decisions based on our circumstances. If we make choices solely based on our circumstances, we never improve.
Think about that. Do you want to improve? Do you want a better life for you, for your family? I know you do.

Here's how all this relates to relief from stress. I can tell you that you should make a habit of planning for each day and making your priorities the things that you really need. This will help you to avoid feeling like you can never accomplish what needs to get done in a day. Feeling like this can be a source of great stress. Just hearing this is not going to change your life or make you happier. Sure, you might feel good while you read it. But, after you're done and you get back to your life, you still have the stress.

Take this challenge and you will soon be in control of your life and not a passenger driven by your circumstances. When you have a decision to make, stop and think. Am I making this decision based on my vision for my life or based on my circumstances? When you are focused and determined to succeed no matter what powerful things happen. You find yourself looking for evidences that you really can do it. You know what else happens? You actually start to think differently. You start focusing on getting it done and all of a sudden you are. You are doing it!

Let's review a little. How do you get relief from stress? You need information, tips, strategies, and products. But, it is what you do with them that makes the difference; deciding to focus on getting relief from stress no matter what. If you decide right now that you will do whatever it takes to reach your vision, nothing can stop you. If you don't believe that, then you will never succeed. Success doesn't just happen by chance. You need to change your mind and start focusing on what you really want.

Try the challenge for a few weeks. Soon you will find that you are not living by those old habits anymore. You will find that you are taking the information you need to get relief from stress and putting it into action. You will make choices based on what will actually get you the relief from stress.
Too many people focus on bullet points. What are the tips? What are the strategies? What are the products? You need those things; however, these things are not going to improve your life if you are not focused on making it happen no matter what.

I know that you are trying hard in life to do your best. I know you are doing good. Take the concept we've discussed today and put it to use for you. When I decided that this is how I was going to live my life, my whole attitude changed. I see the end, where I want to be and I choose to do whatever it takes to get there. I truly feel like a tremendous weight has been lifted off of me. Life is good. Stress does not have to crush us. Relief from stress starts when you search for the knowledge and then live it. You will only experience happiness and joy.

Sincerely, Michael Pollak

Self Hypnosis - A Higher State of Mind

By Dane Bergen

Self hypnosis is a state of mind that can occur naturally and may be defined as a state of intensely focused concentration also known as a trance and is characterized by the individual’s eagerness to follow suggestions. Self hypnosis is a skill that should be learned properly before experiencing any effects.

Before starting on self hypnosis, you need to know the steps on how to do it properly. You should also be in the right type of environment when doing self hypnosis. Set up a schedule for practice time and keep records of your self hypnosis attempts. You will need a comfortable place to lie or sit down; a quiet and peaceful environment, and the willingness and ability to follow instructions.

The first thing to do when starting self hypnosis is to choose the most important goal. It is recommended to start with a single goal, maybe two at most. These goals should be measurable like counting the number of days you haven’t had a smoke, or the number of pounds you have lost in a week. When starting self hypnosis, try using your own induction process, or if you find it difficult to relax, try using an induction tape and work better on your relaxation.

Here are some simple steps on how to go about self hypnosis:

- Find a comfortable, private, peaceful and quiet place to sit or lie down. Some people may recommend sitting down since lying down may make you more inclined to fall asleep.

- Close your eyes and start the induction process. Rid your mind of any feelings of stress, fear, and anxiety. If you find it difficult to concentrate, do not force your thoughts out, instead, let them go away naturally.

- Starting with your toes, allow the tension in your body to slip away. Visualize the tension leaving your toes, continue through to your calves, thighs, moving up to your face and head.

- Breathe slowly and deeply. Visualize the tension leaving your body as you exhale.

- Once you’ve reached a point of extreme relaxation, start addressing your main concern or goal and use the present tense. Use positive words and repeat your statement as many times as you want.

- As soon as you are done, slowly count up to 10 and ease yourself back into a normal state of relaxation. Allow yourself to have a few minutes before opening your eyes.

Remember, relaxation is an important step when it comes to self hypnosis, so you should practice and find a way to help yourself relax. Come up with the right kind of suggestions and use them during self hypnosis and at any other times of the day. You can also try auto questioning. This can help ease your subconscious into a receptive state of your suggestions.

Goal Setting And Your Own Peace Of Mind

By Mark McClure

Goal setting turns some people right off! Even people who are serious about personal development and goal setting sometimes voice similar concerns. Why is that? Perhaps the goal is too ambitious for the abilities of the person concerned. And so they begin to stress and worry about never achieving it. That's a clue to what I believe is the root cause behind the avoidance of setting goals, or of dropping them. Your own peace of mind.

Peace of mind is clearly related to happiness and reminds me of that old children's rhyme, "if you're happy and you know it, clap your hands". Clearly, happiness is linked with how we experience and perceive life around us. We sometimes talk about balanced or well adjusted people. These people seem to be living in alignment with certain values and beliefs. When these values are disregarded, often peace of mind can begin to fray and unwind.

And this is not just an individual thing. Almost all social organizations depend on it for their smooth running. For example, families, work colleagues and sports teams all function more smoothly when simple courtesy systems and good manners are adopted as a way to interact without upsetting others' peace of mind.

So how does this fit in with your goal setting? The simplest way of looking at it is to appreciate that your own personal peace of mind is a kind of inner compass. When a goal begins to upset your peace of mind to such an extent that you become very unhappy and want to give it up, that is a sign for you to examine how true this goal really is to your own set of values and beliefs. This extra step is one that many people avoid, probably because they have not first made it a habit when goal setting and reviewing.

Here's an effective way to look at goal setting and peace of mind. Assume that your peace of mind is indeed for your highest good. Begin to expect that inner peace and happiness will be with you throughout your life, in addition to the rich tapestry of emotions that life experiences will bring anyway.

Practically speaking, this means that you should examine each goal from the viewpoint of how does it affect your inner peace of mind. If it is in harmony with that peace of mind then it is most likely a worthwhile goal. If something doesn't feel right then perhaps either you or the goal may need to change in some way.

I invite you to discover how to begin creating incredible yet reachable goals with this FREE 14-page report: Goal Setting Peace of Mind

Five Ways to Expand Your Mind

By Vladimir Murray

In order to live a fulfilling life there is one thing that must be apart of the whole process and that is expanding your mind. Your brain possesses the capacity for thinking big and thinking rich, it is unlimited. You therefore must utilize your brain and the abilities it gives you. How then can you expand your mind and what should you be weary of when doing so? Here are five ways you can expand your mind:

1. Always keep in mind that there is no limit to your brains capacity.Barring unforeseen mental defect, you possess all the elements needed for success. Scientists have said for years that we do not use about eighty percent of our brain and because of this there are areas that we have not yet tapped into. Some of us don’t even use the small portion that’s active properly. There is great creative potential within our brain, which will be there for the rest of our lives if we keep on using it. You must be aware that no matter how you think big your brain has the ability to think even bigger.

2. Increase Your knowledge.Do not allow your brain to ‘tire’, when this happens it is usually the result of inattention, boredom, and inconsistent focus and the waning of interest. So fill your brain with information and sensation. Go back to school, attend lectures, listen carefully to what others are saying, read books on how to do things. Learn about things you know little or nothing about.

3. Learn and Develop Mental Control. You can never hope to expand your mind and use it efficiently without taking control of it. You have to direct and discipline its activity. To take advantage of your brains capacity you must learn to concentrate and develop your memory and recall. Do not be affected too easily by or be at the mercy of what is happening in your environment. You must learn to control your reactions to things and make them what you choose them to be. Many times when we react to things we end up regretting our behaviours. As you learn and experience things you will become much more understanding, efficient, capable, knowledgeable amongst other things. As your ability for mental control grows you will also develop an understanding of yourself and others that is necessary for your growth as someone who is thinking big.

4. Feed Your Subconscious Mind Constantly. We are all built with the ability to totally control the information that reaches our subconscious mind through our five senses yet many people do not exercise this control. You must understand that your subconscious mind is a great receptacle for information, its analysis and interpretation. Because of this unwillingness to control the subconscious mind many people experience a lifetime of pain, distress, poverty and the inability to think big much less think rich. Your subconscious mind can become a powerful leeway to conscious thinking if it is developed and used efficiently. It is your storeroom of information and if you would use it you will solve problems as you sleep. You must therefore feed your subconscious mind constantly with the things you desire.

5. Develop Your Memory.Your memory is an ‘upper level’ function of your brain. It is only as good and as strong as the workout you give it. It has no maximum capacity except that which you give it. How you use or abuse your memory in expanding your mind will determine its extent. People who have limited memories tend to have limited imaginations and limited creative ability. They also have personal deficiency, insecurity, communication problems and minds that are retarded by negative emotions. Most of this can be eliminated by properly developing your memory. So give yourself small tests everyday, do puzzles, solve problems, read, try to recall. Develop the ability to remember faces, names, places and events. Challenge yourself to always find solutions to problems by analyzing the information at hand or after further research and increase your memory. Remember that your subconscious and conscious mind uses your stored memories to send you feedback when you need it.

In expanding your mind you are no longer placing limitations on your ability to be a success. You will begin to see that you have what it takes. Remember that the capacity of our brain is so enormous that we are yet to use it to its maximum potential.

A Lifelong Plan for Peace of Mind

By Lou LaGrand

Peace of mind is an inner strength that has both emotional and biological value of immense proportions. From it flows true happiness which is not based on material accumulations or peer recognition.

Everyone has the capacity, regardless of background or experience, to obtain this precious commodity. Here is one approach to consider in this quest.

1. Want it. Really want it. If you do, it will be one of your highest priorities in daily life. You will be more open to learning what others have accomplished in order to find peace. There is great wisdom out there in the experience of others. You will soon recognize that peace of mind is an ongoing work in progress, not something you “get” and do not have to maintain.

2. Create a daily reflection time. For most, this is the most difficult part of finding peace because it means cutting into the rapid paced living style that is characteristic of western culture.
However, you can find a way to spend 20 minutes just for yourself every day. Get away from it all, and seek the solitude you deserve to replenish your inner life.

3. Review your past life for what you are grateful for. Include the people who helped you, the books that influenced you, your friends, and the experiences that taught you important lessons. And, don’t forget all of the so-called little things, your health, home, automobile, neighborhood, abilities you possess, and hobbies. Write all of this down to reread at specific times when you need to change your consciousness level.

Expanding consciousness (becoming wiser and more understanding of the Self and its connection to a transcendent reality) is a treasure few individuals seek to understand and pursue. Yet, it is at the very core of living fully and with great joy. Notice I capitalized the S in Self in the tradition of Carl Jung, who said that the small self that we know, is our greatest limitation.

4. Each day at reflection time, start by writing down the things you are grateful for that happened the day before, whatever they may be. You made an important sale, an old friend telephoned, you had a great cup of coffee at your favorite shop, one of your kids said “I love you,” you had a great round of golf, or your loan application was approved, are examples. You will profit significantly from where this mind set eventually takes you.

5. Conclude reflection time with fifteen minutes of meditation. Choose any form that you enjoy. Here is one I used for years. Take several deep abdominal breaths to relax. Sit comfortably, legs uncrossed. Choose a four-syllable word you would like to repeat (I used the Aramaic word Maranatha, which means come Lord). Focus on your breathing and each time you exhale repeat your word. Any time your mind wanders, and it will, calmly bring it back to your word. The solitude you find in meditation engenders peace.

6. During your normal day, begin choosing your conflicts carefully. Most of what we get exercised about is not worth the time and energy demanded. Keep putting this question to yourself, “Do I want peace or conflict to dominate my life?” Why get stressed out over a traffic jam or not getting invited to a certain party? Refuse to let others upset you because they don’t follow your way of looking at things.

In short, avoid thoughts that drain your energy. Choose loving thoughts to energize you because what you give out keeps finding its way back.

7. Focus on the little picture, not the big one. That is, focus on peace in your corner of the world, your work, home and neighborhood and let the world problems be addressed by others more qualified. This does not mean we lose interest in world problems. We vote accordingly, but we can limit the inner turmoil they create each day as we read the newspaper or watch the news. Make the world close to you a better place.

In summary, if you want peace of mind, you have to change your daily routine to include down time where you work on your soul through an emphasis on being aware of and thankful for all that you have. Reflection time is an absolute must.

Peace of mind also means accepting the fact that conflict is a choice that you can turn down most of the time. It will help immensely to surround yourself as much as possible with peace-filled friends.

In any event, you must change what you do on a daily basis or you reap the same stress-filled day. The new peace routine you incorporate—a mere twenty minutes of time—becomes a part of your life, for the rest of your life.

Millionaire Mind - Secrets of the Millionaire Mind - Reason(s) for failure

By Leo Foster

In this article we will discuss the Millionaire Mind, the Secrets of the Millionaire Mind and reason(s) for financial failure.

There is ONLY ONE REASON for financial failure: an inadequate financial Self-Image (what some refer to as Money Blueprint)

There is ONLY ONE REASON for financial success: a positive, winning Self -Image with the Millionaire Mind beliefs, values and rules of the millionaires.

You have an inadequate, defective financial Self-Image (Money Blueprint) because

1. You definitely have conflicting, limiting Beliefs, Values and/or Rules.

And you also have ANY or ALL all of the following:

2. Lack of knowledge and techniques to identify and eliminate conflicting, limiting beliefs, values and rules from your Subconscious mind.

3. Lack of knowledge and techniques to program into Subconscious new useful beliefs, values and rules that will support your financial goals, NOT oppose them.

4. Inability to use Subconscious mind to GUIDE to take the proper steps and to the right type business

5. Inability to use Subconscious mind to help create the best possible plan of action;

6. Lack of self-belief, self-confidence and FEAR (beliefs of failure, rejection, humiliation, etc.)

7. Inability to program mind to take ACTION

8. Lack of knowledge that the VERY FIRST thing that MUST be done when setting a NEW goal (financial or otherwise) is to analyze your financial Self-Image (beliefs, values and rules) that will undertake the new goal and CHANGE it if inadequate.

= = = = = = = = = = = = =

Let's add some items cited by many, and which exist in your world because of your DEFECTIVE, INADEQUATE Self-Image (Money Blueprint) . Even though they may be contributing to your failure, they are not the PRIMARY cause of it.

Everything always begins in your mind. The Law of Belief (= Law of Attraction) will "materialize" in your reality the EXACT match to your deeply held beliefs, values and rules.

"What you deeply believe at the Subconscious level will materialize in your life", "It is done unto you as you believe", "You get exactly what you deeply believe".

Even Napoleon Hill, in his best-selling book "Think and Grow Rich" invokes the Law of Attraction by stating "Whatever the mind of man can conceive and BELIEVE, it can achieve".
Notice very carefully that Napoleon Hill's statement would be incomplete without the verb BELIEVE included.

The PRIMARY, ORIGINAL, father/mother CAUSE of your financial failure is -- ONE MORE TIME -- a defective financial Self-Image (Money Blueprint). The
REST is consequence of such limited Self-Image.

The CAUSE of your financial failure is ALWAYS a defective Self-Image (limiting, conflicting Beliefs, Values and Rules) which activate the Law of Attraction (=Law of Belief) to bring you limited, undesirable financial results which are in perfect harmony with the conflicting, limited beliefs, values and rules you hold.

So, here we may cite some CONTRIBUTING factors -- keeping in mind that they are consequence of a defective financial Self-Image, and NOT the CAUSE of it. Most people believe the EXACT opposite and have NO CLUE about their own limited, defective, inadequate financial Self-Images (Money Blueprint).

1. You do not know how to handle money. You have limited knowledge of to how handle, manage, save and invest your money.

2. You do not have specific, clearly defined WRITTEN goals and WRITTEN plans for their achievement.

3. You are too lazy or afraid to take the time and educate yourself regarding financial matters.
4. You always jump into action (try to invest in real estate, stock market and commodities, work from home, open a new business, sell on ebay, just to mention a few possibilities) without EVER looking at the financial Self-Image (Money Blueprint) of the fellow who is going to achieve all that -- YOU!.

5. You are always into those "get rich quick" schemes without the proper financial Self-Image and without the proper knowledge of the business you are getting into.

6. You let others manage and invest your money instead of learning the most you can about the process.

7. You avoid making investments because of your lack of knowledge and expertise. And you compound the problem by refusing to educate yourself about financial matters.

8. When you decide to make some investments, you do it in things and areas about which you do not have any knowledge or understanding -- or only limited and erroneous knowledge. It almost looks as if you are setting yourself up for failure. (Let me tell you the real SECRET: You ARE because unknown to you, your Subconscious is already set up for failure due to so many limiting beliefs, values and rules)..

9. You do not even make any efforts to handle the limited amount of money you may have right now.

Now, add other contributing factors that come to your mind and/or applies specifically to your situation..

= = = = = = = = = = = = =

But . . . unless you understand that everything BEGINS AND ENDS with your financial Self-image (Money Blueprint), you will NEVER have any great and/or lasting financial success.

Billionaires Bill Gates, Donald Trump, Bill Bartmann and multimillionaire Harv Eker, author of "The Secrets of the Millionaire Mind" will tell you that you may know everything a human can possibly know about how to handle and manage money, how to invest in real estate, stock and commodities, you can be a financial genius. . And still, unless you have that Millionaire Mind (= winning financial Self-Image, winning Money Blueprint made up of the right beliefs, values and rules) you will still FAIL miserably the moment you go into business -- no matter what type of business, no matter how smart you think you are , no matter how hard and how long you work..

The Subconscious Mind & Music

By Marenda Hughes Taylor

Recording artists often use music as a means for self-expression and people listen to music because they usually can identify with what is being expressed.

There is a song that fits any situation, circumstance, and emotion. Music can soothe, calm, and relax. Music can also, depress, anger, and agitate. It all depends on what you’re listening to.
Music strikes a chord within us that taps into our emotions. The melody, rhythm, beat, and lyrics create an experience in which we channel our feelings.

The repetition and reiteration of key words and phrases in music helps us to remember songs so that we can sing along, but at the same time it also invokes the power of suggestion, arousing our subconscious mind.

For so many people music is like medicine. A friend of mine refers to music as her “Drug of choice.”

A proper dose of music can be just what the doctor ordered, but it’s important that we take the time to identify the best prescription and dosage for our particular state of mind.

Unlike medicine or prescription drugs, music does not come with direction labels or instructions. We take in music by choice and at our own risk.

Bob was an alcoholic, with low self-esteem, and he was always depressed. His greatest fear was that his wife would leave him and he would be alone. His music prescription of choice was the blues. Bob got drunk every day and sang the blues. If it wasn’t blues he didn’t want to hear it. One day Bob came home and found he was actually living out his favorite blues songs. His “baby” left him.

Angie lacked self-confidence, she thought that she was over weight and felt unattractive. She loved listening to R&B and Pop. She listened to India Arie and Christina Aguilera every day. The more she listened to her favorite songs “Beautiful” and “Video” the more she became comfortable in her own skin. Angie now feels good about her self and as a result she is doing well in every area of her life.

While we cannot blame music for the circumstances of our lives we can blame ourselves for not listening to music that inspires us to greatness, encourages our heart, or plants meaningful seeds in our subconscious minds.

When we sing along with songs and repeat lyrics over and over, those words have power and become affirmations. Spoken words including singing are powerful. Our words whether we’re speaking, singing, or repeating reinforce universal laws such as the law of attraction.

You’ve heard the saying “you are what you eat.” I think the same can be said about music. You are what you listen to.

What a scary thought if your favorite song is “I’m a Flirt” by R. Kelly; there’s hope if it’s “Everyone Cared” by Nickelback.

If music is like medicine to you, or if it’s your drug of choice make sure you are taking the right prescription and the proper dosage.

I take a daily dosage of “Never Give Up” by Tommy Lockhart.

Soundproof Insulation - For Your Peace Of Mind

By David Faulkner

You long to live the quiet life. But the biggest obstacle to achieving your dream is, ironically, you own home. Whether it’s surrounded by noisy neighbors and street traffic, or is itself the source of your noise problem with knocking pipes and thin interior walls, your escape from the madding crowds is not performing as you would like. And you’d like a solution, preferably as soon as possible.

One of the easiest ways to make your home more appealing is by adding soundproof insulation. Soundproof insulation will not only provide you with the restful, welcoming haven that you’ve always imagined a home should be; it will increase your property value. And the chances are good that it will the home life of everyone in your family. Why?

A Happy Family
Soundproof insulation will drastically reduce the friction between the adults annoyed by loud music being played and the teenagers who are playing it. Soundproofing insulation will keep private conversations from being overheard when curious ears are listening. Soundproofing insulation will let other family members sleep in when someone has to set his sort her alarm for an early morning awakening, shower, and exit. Soundproof insulation, in other words, will make the close quarters of your home just a little less intimate.

One of the overlooked benefits of soundproof insulation is that it will add to your home’s energy efficiency. Soundproof insulation is, in most cases, acoustic foam injected into your home’s walls through opening in the attic. By expanding to fill every gap in the wall, like those around electrical outlets, it will both provide an extremely tight barrier against heat loss in the winter, and keep warm air out in the summer. You can expect your soundproof insulating to pay for itself eventually in the savings on your home’s energy costs.

If You’re Building A Home
If you’re planning a new home, you can safe yourself from unwanted noise by having soundproof insulation installed at the construction stage. You’ll have to wait until all the plumbing and electrical wiring is complete; then fiberglass batting will be fitted on the walls. The quality of the soundproofing will depend on the thickness of the insulation used.

Soundproofing is also available in pre-made wall coverings which are more expensive than soundproof insulation, and not as effective at lowering energy costs. If you are interested in soundproof insulation for your existing or future home, your best bet is to contact a soundproof insulation contractor who can determine the best solution for your needs.
