Diet Plans For Muscle Building

By Peter Tremayne

Diet plans for muscle building are crucial to your success. Exercise and weight training can only do so much for you. If you are not implementing the right diet into your muscle building journey, you are essentially not doing yourself much good at all. Knowing what to eat and how to eat are critical elements in it.

Remember when you were younger, your parents told you that every growing child has to eat the right foods to become big and strong? Well, the same applies now, even as an adult. In order to grow, you have to eat, but in order to grow in the desired way, you have to eat right. Eating the wrong foods will lead to fat. In body building, there is nothing worse than fat.

There are many different types of diet plans for muscle building. These include protein, anabolic, and low carb diets. The protein diet is one diet that many body builders use and maintain. It is a known fact in the world of bodybuilding that protein is necessary to gain the muscle mass you are looking for. There are many ways you can get your protein, but with a protein diet, it consists of animal meats and other such forms of protein.

Another one of the many diet plans for it is the anabolic diet. This diet is not as popular because it takes more discipline and careful planning. In this diet, all you eat is protein, that is it - nothing more. Carbs are kept to a minimum during the week. When the weekend comes, carbs are allowed and you try to eat as many as you possibly can. However, this really takes some discipline.

If you are not careful and watchful, the anabolic diet can actually increase your body fat instead of your muscles. It is important to stick to the diet during the weekdays, in order to refrain from gaining the fat.

The low carb diet is another of the diet plans for muscle building. Again, in this diet, you are limiting the amount of carbs you are eating. However, as with the anabolic diet, it is not the preferred diet for bodybuilders. It is difficult to stick with and tends to wear out the bodybuilder quickly, increasing fatigue and weakness.

The reason for this is that your body loves carbs. It turns the carbs into fuel for the body.
However, with this diet, the body is tricked into using fat for its fuel instead of carbs. Depending on who you talk to, this diet may also cause you to lose muscles as well.

Invest $700 Dollars Using Economies Of Scale - Building a Soap Business

By Martin Thomas

Economies of scale is a very interesting business term that refers to the deep discount one can receive for purchasing something of anything in bulk. By splitting it off into more appealing retail chunks, when all is sold, the return is double or triple what you paid for the larger quantity.

This is a typical business concept and nothing knew. When you buy a large lot of anything, you are entitled to and usually receive a deep discount. Whether its land or cars or consumer items or soap. One thing about soap is that it is a re-sellable item.

Unlike other types of products which you can typically sell only once to a consumer and you never sell them anything ever again. Soap is a renewable business product. If your soap is good, or the deal is good or what ever the reason is, that people will continue to buy from you, it can potentially turn a majority of customers into life time customers.

One idea is convenience. With only $700 to invest, you need to look at these types of products because they are within your investment budget. If you purchased for example a drum of dish washing liquid for $200 and purchased 1000 blank plastic bottles that can be filled. You could potentially price them way under what a retailer may charge. On top, to get your life time customers you provide convenience by going door to door.

Once you have 1000 of these types of customers buying from you dish washing liquid every month, you could expand your range and also replace the manual delivery with a phone call and a mail order set up. This type of investment takes some time and energy to set up but over time it becomes more and more passive.

Basic Training For Building A Big, Muscular Chest

By Mark G. Winston

An essential element to having an impressive upper body is broad, densely muscled chest. In this article, I'll give you the basics of how to get pectoral development that's sure to give you the strength and appearance that you desire!

Warming Up
One of the most important elements of any weight lifting activity is preparing your body for the work ahead. Before starting your chest workouts you must make sure that you warm up properly. Given the risk of injury, this portion of your chest training is absolutely essential. I recommend that you warm up with 1 or 2 sets of 12-15 pushups prior your chest training sessions. Even if you're starting your chest training after you've trained other body parts, don't be fooled into thinking that you're already "warmed up" and that your pecs are ready for an intense workout. Remember, a few minutes devoted to warming up is time well spent as this preliminary exercise can prevent muscle pain or serious injury.

The Pyramid Principle
When you begin training your chest, you'll need to discover how much weight you must lift to stimulate maximum growth. The absolute amount of weight will vary with each exercise according to your strength and endurance levels. Having said this, there are certain chest exercises that you shouldn't perform with heavy weight. These exercises include dumbbell and cable cross over flys which put intensely isolated resistance on the "pec-delt tie-ins" located at the intersection of your chest and shoulders.

To build pectoral mass you should instead focus on flat bench and incline dumbbell presses, parallel bar dips and weighted pushups. As a guideline to the relative amount of weight that you should use to stimulate muscle growth, I've found that 70-85 percent of my "one-rep" maximum with proper technique is best for these purposes. In other words, if your one-rep maximum for dumbbell bench press is 100 pounds (i.e., two 50 pound dumbbells), you should initially complete your work sets with dumbbells ranging from about 35 to 45 pounds.

During the mass building phase of your chest workouts, the "pyramid principle" requires you to progressively increase the amount of weight lifted during your work sets. As you increase the amount of weight, you decrease the number of repetitions performed in each set. A sample pyramid set for doing dumbbell bench press with a one-rep maximum of 100 pounds would be the following:
  • Set #1 - 10 reps x 30-35 pound dumbbells
  • Set #2 - 8 reps x 35-40 pound dumbbells
  • Set #3 - 6 reps x 40-45 pound dumbbells
  • 1-rep maximum - 50 pound dumbbells.
If you can't work with 70-85 percent of your one-rep maximum at the beginning of your chest building program, don't worry about it. Just find an amount of weight that challenges you to complete 10, 8 and 6 repetitions and gradually increase the resistance from that point. You don't need to try a one-rep maximum lift in every workout, but this "power-check" allows you to monitor your strength increases and ensure that you're using enough weight during your work sets.

When your one-rep maximum increases or you find that you can do more than 10, 8 or 6 reps as you pyramid through your work sets, then it's time to increase the amount of weight for each of these sets to continue stimulating muscle growth. The pyramid principle is simple and essential to building a big, muscular chest. You should apply it throughout the mass building phase of your chest training efforts.

Building Speed On The Guitar - A Commonly Overlooked Problem

By Lee Nicholas

Some guitarists have an uncanny ability to play incredibly fast in a reasonably short amount of time while others can struggle for what seems like an eternity, improving at a very slow pace with an ever decreasing likelihood of reaching high speeds on the guitar.

There are many reasons why this can be, anything from physical differences to bad posture, incorrect handling of the pick or just plain bad practice. Whatever the reason, there is often one common element that differentiates the two types of guitarist... Focus! Alternate picked straight sixteenth notes at 250bpm may be your goal because that's what your guitar idols can play at. You may have been struggling for years and still can't get past 120bpm? Now let's forget the numbers and think only about improvements in small steps.

If you are like many guitarists in this situation then the chances are your attention has been largely focused on that 250BPM goal. Now there's not necessarily anything wrong with that but unfortunately for most, that goal takes away too much attention from where you should be concentrating and that is just plain improvement at any level, no matter how small a degree.

Having long term goals are important but it's also important to keep things in perspective.
Getting from 120 to 250bpm is huge, it's a massive and long term achievement that requires a lot of concentrated, disciplined practice. If your current perfect speed is 120bpm and you are trying to reach 250bpm with most of your practice sessions having the metronome set at 200+ then you are never going to do it. You might improve to an extent but it will always be sloppy. If however you can play something with perfection at a given speed then there will always be headroom for further improvement from that current level. By setting your goals much smaller you will be always be pushing the boundaries upward with the necessary headroom to keep moving forward.

Getting from 120 to 125bpm is a very realistic goal. It's one that you can not only say you will definitely be able to reach but it's also one that you should be able to reach quite quickly. If you think that isn't a big improvement then you are approaching it with the wrong attitude. A 5bpm improvement has just moved the boundary. Do this ten times over a period of time and you have a 50bpm increase in speed.

When you are concentrating all of your efforts in these smaller increments it becomes a lot easier to spot flaws in your guitar technique. Most of the things that prevent a guitarist from being able to play fast are often small details causing bottlenecks. It might be that three fingers are working efficiently but the pinkie is holding everything else up. A common problem is also with synchronisation between the left and right hand. All of these things are much easier to correct at slower speeds, which allow you to home in and work on those specific problems.

Here's something to think about. There are thousands of amateur guitarists who already have the left and right hands well practiced and capable of a large speed increase. The only thing that's preventing this from happening is poor synchronisation. Yet, the only thing they have NOT spent any time focusing their attention on is synchronisation!

Building Huge Triceps - The Proven Way

By Doug King

There are so many views as to what the proper, most effective way to work your triceps is. Though there is no "one size fits all" so to speak, there are some basic similarities in the workouts that are worthwhile and effective. Before I get into the actual triceps workout I do on a regular basis I would like to explain what a tricep is. The first three letters in the word tricep is "tri" which literally means three or three parts. The tricep muscle is located in the rear and sides of the upper arm and contains, you guessed it, three parts. Many times bodybuilders will spend most of their time working their biceps but tend to neglect their triceps. To obtain that full upper arm muscular look, it makes sense to spend at least as much time and energy on your triceps as you do your biceps since it makes up the majority of the upper arm. One can flex his biceps but not look that impressive because he has very little triceps to show. Thus, his overall upper arm appearance lacks that full, muscular look.

When I work my triceps I train them hard. I do not finish a set until my triceps are "crying out for mercy." In other words, I do not complete the set until I can no longer do one more rep.
Even after I have completed a set to failure I will often do one or more forced, partial reps until I can no longer move the weight. I raise alot of controversy when I say that I am against rep ranges. For example, I do not believe in performing say, 10-12 reps or 8-10 reps of an exercise.
You see, muscles cannot count. Your tricep muscle does not know how many reps you have done. But your tricep muscle does feel the high intensity set when you simply cannot perform another rep. When your muscle is forced to respond to the added stress, it is compelled to grow and get stronger to allow for the new demands being placed on it. On the other hand, if you perform a set of 10-12 reps and have little or no problem finishing your set you muscles will have no need to get stronger or bigger to account for any added stress because there is no added stress. I do however, use as a general guideline, that if you are able to perform 12 or more reps too easily increase the weight for the next set. Also, if you are not able to complete at least six reps decrease the weight on the next set. However, it is still better to do 3 or 4 reps to failure then to do "endless" reps too easily or sloppy. I hope you are following my reasoning up to this point.

Here is a sample of one of my triceps workouts I do to maintain my 17 1/2 inch arms:
  • Tricep Presses
  • 3 sets to failure
  • Tricep Press Downs
  • 3 sets to failure
Another sample triceps workout:
  • Close-grip Presses
  • 3 sets to failure
  • Feet-elevated Pushups with hands touching
  • 3 sets to failure
I train my triceps twice a week and never do the exact same workout each time. I constantly "surprise" my muscles. You need to rest your triceps at least two days before doing your next triceps workout. Your muscles need to recuperate; they grow during recuperation, not during the actual workout.

Believe me, if you train your triceps the way I do you will feel it and will probably be sore the next day but the results will speak for themselves. Now, go build those triceps!

After School Activities And Relationship Building

By Mike Handy

After school activities are the rage of the day. With about $500 million invested in these programs and more than 10 million children attending them in America alone, the popularity of these activities cannot be overlooked. Everyone understands the need to develop new skills, gain more knowledge and keep the children safe when parents are working.

The most important factor in the success of any program is the relationship between the children participating in the program and the adult members who work with these children.
Often, children may confide in an adult member who is not a teacher. This kind of emotional interaction is a must when children are struggling to make sense of the whirlpool of emotions that assail them.

Direct contact with professionals can be an inspiring experience. Children are very much impressed by the knowledge and experience of these adults. Young people gain a lot of knowledge and experience when they deal with experienced adults and older youth who serve as teachers or mentors in these programs. These mentors are different from the teachers in the school and children are more likely to draw inspiration from them.

After school activities that are managed professionally by people who are successful in their own fields of expertise will produce children who are more enthusiastic and successful. Meaningful interaction with adults is a learning experience in itself.

So, learning experience is very important to product the best student and the best children as next generation. This is need participation between children, parent and society to build best relationship among other. Without this, I sure will not build after school program in the environment.

Explosive Wealth Building Strategy

By David D. Wells

Have you ever wished that you could get in on a mega profit opportunity just before it happened? Have you ever looked back at an investment after it had a major move and think, I knew that would happen why didn't I get in on that? Imagine if you could have bought Apple stock when it was only $5 a share. At the time of this writing Apple is trading at $190 a share.

If you missed the Apple opportunity, don't worry I have something better for you. The opportunity I have is very lucrative. In fact, I believe this is your chance to ignite your extreme wealth building plan.

First, this is not some stock or investment I am hyping that is designed to manipulate the price of the investment therefore; earning me money from you getting in the investment. The investment I am discussing is traded worldwide therefore no one person can manipulate the price for any significant gain.

Second, I rarely give details concerning my proprietary investment insights unless you are part of my inner circle. These investment insights are valuable and could possibly earn you thousands of dollars.

Third, if you have been following my articles you know that on the rare occasions when I do tell my investment ideas they are usually spot on. Keep reading to see how my experience will pay off for YOU!

Recently I wrote about a record-breaking phenomenon that is on the verge of happening. This world record has held since 1980. The record that is about to be broken is Gold reaching the all-time high of $850 an ounce. When this record is broken you will hear about it in the mainstream media.

Gold recently reached $800 an ounce and pulled back a bit just as I said it would do in a previous article. I also said once Gold pulled back and started to head back up, it would be time for you to get in on this investment. Well, that time has come. Ride Gold up until it reaches $850. Actually, ride Gold until it reaches $849. I say $849 because when it reaches $850 everyone may be trying to get out at the same time. If this happens you will not be able to get out at your desired price.

Each $1 in the price of Gold equates to $100. For example, if Gold goes from $810 to $811 this is $100. Always hedge your trades so you limit your loss if the trade does not go as planned. Use stop losses or other advance strategies such as options to protect your trades. Protecting your initial investment is the first principle.

BONUS TIP
Want to make more than $5,000 on this investment? I figured you would. When your profits from your original futures contract in Gold have accumulated enough to pay for another futures contract in Gold, buy another one. This does not cost you anymore of your capital because you took what profits you had and used them to multiple your investment.

You will then have 2 futures contracts in Gold working for you. For example, let's say you purchase a Gold futures contract when Gold is trading at $800. When Gold goes up to $834, use the profits you made and purchase another Gold futures contract. When Gold goes to $849 get out of both Gold futures contracts.

On the first futures contract you would have earned $4,900 because $800 up to $849 equals $49. Remember each $1 in Gold equates to $100, so $49 times $100 equals $4,900.

On the second futures contract you would have earned $1,500 because $834 up to $849 equals $15. So $15 times $100 equals $1,500. Also remember to hedge your second Gold futures contract just as you did your first one with a stop loss or an option to protect you in case the trade does not go as planned.

Team Building - The Choice of Champions

By Scott Lindsay

Many workers tend to look at the job as simply a means of funding what they enjoy doing on the weekend. Work is relegated to the place of simply paying bills while carving out just enough time to enjoy some time away from work.

What if work could be more than that? What if work did not feel have to feel like work? For some people this is the case.

A story has been told about a truck driver who appreciated the money involved in over-the-road trucking, but struggled with the many hours behind the wheel. He had been partnered up with an older driver who never complained about getting behind the wheel and even seemed to enjoy it. The young driver felt as if his partner actually seemed more invigorated the longer he drove.

When his curiosity could no longer stand it the young man asked for the secret the old man had that allowed him to withstand the rigors of over-the-road travel. The old man looked at the younger man with a smile and said, “You went to work this morning while I took a ride in the country.”

The older man learned a valuable secret. Every day you get to choose your attitude.

If you have employees who come to work, watch the clock and are ready to leave long before the day is up perhaps you can help them rethink work. It could be these employees are not enjoying their work and that can and should be addressed, but it could also be that the employee has simply never considered the joy involved in actually doing work.

The truth is you can’t actually enjoy work if you have made a conscious decision not to enjoy it. As a business owner you can help your staff learn skills that make them better employees and actually allows them to enjoy what they do

1) Each employee has a choice to make about how they respond to work. They can have negative attitudes and be clock-watchers or they can be productive and find themselves surprised when the workday has come to an end.

2) By finding the right fit in a career employees can tap into their own personal passion for the work they do and it becomes something much greater than a job.

If you have a team member who seems to be borderline you should do everything you can to invite them to join in the fun that work can be. They will likely resist at first and feel as though everyone else if living a lie, but for those whose perspectives have been altered the difference is compelling.

The Power Of Link Building

By Tim Whiston

The Web is built on links, and a solid link building strategy is absolutely essential for any business that wants to thrive online. In essence links that point back to your site do two things:
they bring you targeted traffic and they enhance your search engine rankings.

By placing your links on another site that is related to your content, you can bring visitors to your site who are interested in the sort of content you offer. And Google, king of the search engines, places more value (and therefore greater rankings) on sites with multiple links pointing back to them.

I’m sure you’ve heard just about every urban myth imaginable regarding the right way vs. the wrong way to generate links back to your site. Let’s forget about all the hoopla for now and look at the simple basics that apply to a good link building campaign.

The first obvious step is to identify placings that offer you targeted exposure. If you have a website about auto repair tips, you need to find sites and directory categories pertaining to auto repair and place your links there.

Simple enough right? So let’s focus on some of the specific types of sites you should be looking to get links from.

Link Directories:
This almost goes without saying, but just to be safe I’ll include it. One way link directories are a good place to submit your links.

Avoid services that offer to broker reciprocal linking between you and other webmasters, as these programs are often viewed as link farms by Google and can get your site booted from the search engine rankings.

Article Submission:
A fantastic way to acquire links back to your site is to write articles related to your site content and submit these to article directories and newsletter publishers. At the end of each article you write you’ll include a resource box (see mine below) that provides links back to your website.
Forum Signatures:

Join forums that are related to the theme of your site and get involved in the discussion. Please do not join a forum and just post a blatant ad about your site, as this will get you ridiculed and possibly deleted; actually join in the conversations, and include a link to your website in your forum signature.

Blog Comments: You definitely need a blog of your own, but that’s a subject for other articles. In this piece about link building I want you to understand the power of simply posting comments on other people’s blogs.

Find 10 to 20 blogs that relate to your website, and bookmark them or subscribe to their RSS feeds. A few times each week, visit these blogs and post comments on some of the more interesting articles.

You see, when you fill out the comment form you will be asked for your name and website URL, so you can create a hyperlink with your name or business name that leads right back to your site. Be sure that your comments are legitimate contributions and not just some silly ad for your website.

As blogs are often updated regularly, and have many incoming links to them, your comments (and therefore your link backs) are likely to receive a lot of traffic from search engine spiders and real people. So blog comments are a simple but very powerful method for linking back to your site.

Take the contents of this article and put them to use. This is a totally easy, but definitely effective outline for starting a long-term link building campaign that will bring you lots of traffic and good standing with the search engines.

Top 5 Link Building Expert Strategies

By Paul R Krenke

Link Popularity is a greatly misunderstood subject among webmasters and online business owners. The major search engines have developed complicated algorithms that rank web pages for relevancy and quality. In determining relevancy, the search engines tend to measure on page factors such as relevant content. For determining quality, the search engines have moved towards inbound links and their quality as a measure of a website’s importance.

The rise of link popularity, as a measure of the links pointing to a website, is founded on the belief that great sites will naturally attract many links and content poor sites will have difficulty attracting any links. While Google is the front runner in giving importance to link popularity, other major search engines such as Yahoo, MSN and AltaVista have also given importance to link popularity, making it a critical component of your search engine strategy.

1. High Page Rank – While Page Rank has been somewhat discredited among the elite of the search engine optimizers, the fact remains that Page Rank is by far one of the most viable methods of determining the importance of a web page. Page Rank remains an important, but not a defining element towards establishing link popularity.

2. Permanent Links – Google puts a small restriction or penalty on new websites. This penalty, in part monitors the “age” of the inbound links of a website. This draws on the importance of getting permanent links to increase your link popularity. It will work on eliminating your Sandbox penalties while maintaining the reputation you have built.

3. Site Quality – The quality of a website, as determined by the search engines, is a major factor, along with Page Rank, in establishing the importance of a link.

4. Reciprocal Linking – This is definitely the fastest way to get a ton of links pointing to your website. As long as your link directory is broken down into themed categories, you should most definitely trade links with the other website. You should always trade links with another website no matter if they:

• Have a PR0 page. If you trade links with them, chances are, they’re also actively building links, so this PR0 page will soon be a PR3, PR4, and even more.

• Over 30 links on a links page. Any link will help your rankings, as long as the website you’re exchanging with is not banned. (Gray Google Page Rank).

5. Natural Link Building - The building blocks of site to site linking, as search engines understand and define it. Search engines justify using link popularity as a ranking tool with the idea that good quality sites will naturally attract links.

Teen Body Building

By Jonathan G. Michel

Teen body building is forever increasing in popularity. I see my 13 year old son and his friends, already pumping iron. I believe it has to do with self-esteem and looking good for the girls. It gives them self-confidence because he continually shows me how big his muscles are getting.

I was a little concerned at first, because teen body building at 13 seemed somewhat young to me. But further research showed that there's really no age barrier for teens to begin body building. After all, today's teens are usually big and strong. Their bodies seems to be ready. It's not any tougher than playing sports, which is just as demanding on the body, if not more.

Teen body building is best suited for 15 year olds and up, but many 13-14 year old boys are already well developed beyond their years. They're still growing, but body building only re-enforces their strenght. However, in teen body building, the focus should be a program designed to building an all-around physique for good health and athletics, instead of purely for size.

Am I worried if he burns too many calories if he doesn't take supplements. Heck no, not the way my boy and most boys of his age eat. Actually, with most statistics showing our teenagers being slightly obese, it's a good idea they take up teen body building. Of course if you see he's becoming serious about body building as a teen, then you as a parent should start monitoring his calorie intake and consider the proper supplements for teen body building.

Keep in mind that a teenager is in school for most of the day, and therefore can't eat six meals a day. This is where the protein bars come into play. They are a much better choice than those sugar-filled granola bars.

Just as in regular body building for adults, teen body building is not much different. They still have to space their meals for every 2-3 hours, or 5 - 6 times a day. That's kind of difficult in school, but they are in high school and college, so they do get 5 minute breaks walking to their next class. So technically, between breakfast, lunch, and dinner, there's really only two spaces to fill.

The diet in teen body building should basically be the same as an adult, rich in proteins, essential fatty acids, fibers, etc. I definitely would keep them away from creatine monohydrate until they have fully developed as a teen, or about the age of 18.

Teen body building and training is not any different then adult training, according to my research. Never train the same muscle group two day in a row. Don't over train, and get enough rest. My son needs his 10 hours of sleep otherwise, he's in one hell of a mood. Teen body building is just as demanding so make sure you get at least 8 to 10 hours of sleep. Alcohol is a no, no.

Web Business Building - Four Critical Steps to Web Business IV

By Sean Mize

You can certainly make money by placing E-Zine Ads, and driving people to your website. I have done some of that: some of them have been productive--some haven't. Press releases--you can do press releases. I've done some Joint Ventures. Some of them are horrible. Some of them make me some money.

Sometimes I think that I'll never do another joint-venture. But, Article Marketing--I have complete control over. I write the articles. I tell people that they could download this particular book, and they do. So, I have a lot of control over it--I like Article Marketing. However you go, you have to have traffic.

Number four: you've got to have products. And, I'm going to stress here: products.
You have to have that free giveaway to make something work. When you're first getting started--you need a low-priced product. Why do you need to start with a low-priced product? Because, frankly, you don't have the experience online to create a four-hundred, or a two-hundred page manual, and sell it for a hundred dollars. It might take you a year to create that manual. However, if you start small--come up with a thirty or forty page manual--sell it for ten dollars, or twenty-five dollars.

It gives people an opportunity to get to know you, without risking a lot of money. Think about it. If you sell something for ten dollars to somebody that doesn't know you very well, then they might feel a little bit more comfortable about that than if it was a hundred dollars. Because, a hundred dollars--they might really be thinking, -am I really going to get my money back if it's no good?

If it's a ten dollar or hundred dollar product then maybe they're thinking--well, hopefully it's a good product. But, if it's not, well, I only just lost ten bucks. Then what happens folks--this is critical. After you've created that ten dollar product, and people buy that ten dollar product, and they realize that it was worth something and they didn't throw their money away. Now, every single person that's bought that ten dollar product, or twenty-five dollar product, that liked it, is now a candidate for your fifty dollar, or your one-hundred dollar product.

Your hundred-page manual. Your step-by-step guide. Your collection of cd's. Ya'know.
Whatever it is that you create. So, I really want to focus on building a sales-funnel. As much as we talk about list-building, as much as we talk about traffic--if you don't have any products, you can't monetize any of it.

Web Business Building - Four Critical Steps to Web Business III

By Sean Mize

The third that you need is traffic. I know I talk a lot about Article Marketing. Why do I talk a lot about Article Marketing? Because, that's kind of my specialty--that's kind of my targeted niche. That's the thing that I've very, very good at. That's where I drive eighty, ninety--right now I'm driving about ninety-five percent of my traffic, just through Article Marketing. I have all--just under fourteen-hundred personally written articles on E-Zine Articles dot com. So, I believe a lot in Article Marketing.

But, there's some other forms of traffic. There's PPC. You can do classified ads. You can do E-Zine ads. You can write press-releases. You can do Joint Ventures. Now, and there's other things that you could do for traffic, too, that are reasonable.

And, I will tell you this: from my personal experience--from me personally--it may be different for you. But, for me, personally, Article Marketing is easier to do than anything else out there.
I've spent a lot of money testing and trying pay-per-clicks. And, I haven't been very effective at it. And, if pay-per-click was the way that I was driving all of my traffic--I wouldn't have done eleven-thousand dollars of last month. I believe that with all of my heart.

Are there people out there that make a lot of money using pay-per-click? Certainly. They've taken the time and spent the money--they put as much effort into pay-per-click as I put into Article Marketing. Same thing with E-Zine Ads.

Web Business Building - Four Critical Steps to Web Business II

By Sean Mize

First thing is--you have to find a niche. The tighter your niche, the better. The higher--the tighter your niche--the higher price you can charge for the product. Now, several of you on this call have good, strong, well-defined niches. Some of you do not--you've got a very generic niche.
If you have a very generic niche--I would ask myself--what can I do? Who is a part of this niche who is, perhaps, of the smaller part of this niche, than what I'm servicing right now? If I could meet some very specific needs, of some very specific people in my niche--could I charge a higher price? Could I become unique? Could I become the very best in my tight niche?
Number two: you have to build a list--you have to build a list. And, we've talked about it a lot.

I've talked about it in this call--I've talked about probably on every other call. And, you read something in email I send you every single day. If you're reading my new articles as I publish them--in E-Zine Articles dot com--I continue to talk about this. You need to have a list. Why do you need to have a list? Because you want to be able to send people back to your website. You want to be able to build a relationship with people. People do not buy from you because you have a pretty looking sales page. They do not buy from you because you're an awesome sales writer.

They buy from you because they develop a relationship with you. And, they trust you, and, they trust your judgment. And, they purchase from you, because they believe that what you produce is going to be of the same quality as that relationship that you've created.

Web Business Building - Four Critical Steps to Web Business I

By Sean Mize

There are four things that are critical to building a big web-business. I'm going to give you these four in a specific order. This order, however, is just specific to me. If you were to ask anybody out there, they might change the order around a little bit.

They might have a different name for each one of these things that I'm talking about. I think that that's one of the things that happens when we get online--especially for newbies. You buy a step-by-step program-- a super-duper system for making success online. And you try it and you go through it and you get to about step three, and you just don't get it.

Or, you think that step just doesn't make sense. And so you skip it. And, then you get to step four and it becomes very difficult now. And, now you realize you needed step three--but, you have a hard time going back. You don't know where to get to. Sometimes it's just so easy to just blame the system.

And, then you go out there and you buy another system--and this time you get to step five. I want to give you a concept here, that transcends all systems. Every system out there that is designed, is simply a way to get the job done. These are the four things that you have to.

Now, you can make these into twenty-five different points, and call it a system. And, then you can mix and match all the points and call it a different system. But, I'm going to give you the basics of what has to be done. And, then, through the course of learning--you need to learn how to do each one of these things.
