Teen Depression and Dream Interpretation

By Christina Sponias

I wrote a scientific book relating the work and the discoveries of many scientists including Carl Jung and me, after continuing Jung's research in the unknown region of the human psychic sphere. When I came to my own conclusion in this huge book, I was very optimistic because I saw that the unconscious side of the human psychic sphere is wise and saintly and can cure anyone from any problem.

However, the unconscious didn't let me publish my book but it revealed to me that I had to continue the research. I had to fight against schizophrenia without losing my conscience, so that I could reveal the unique cure for this horrible disease to the world.

This fight was the worse experience of my life. I still cannot believe I'm alive and healthy after everything I had to face!

When I could finally write my conclusions after facing schizophrenia and winning the battle thanks to the unconscious' guidance, I was very negative. My sadness was unbearable, because I saw how powerful craziness is and how weak the human conscience was. I saw that I could win this terrible battle only because I had guidance and I was a very obedient patient and student.
Other people have no chance to fight against craziness because they don't have the knowledge, resistance and the guidance and support of the unconscious.

So, I understood that my mission is to save young people from craziness before they completely lose their human conscience.

Yes, I found solutions even for schizophrenics and psychotics who cannot be cured through regular psychotherapy. Anyone can be helped and cured through dream interpretation; my first conclusion was correct. However, craziness is such a terrible pest that this fight is pure hell.

Who can bear it? I was very strong and resistant. I'm very intelligent and healthy and I had the conditions to study. But what about everyone else? Ignorant people who have no basic education? Or weak people that have too many psychological and existential problems?... How can everyone fight against craziness and win the battle in the end like I did?

Only heroes can fight against schizophrenia and psychosis. The battle can be won but it requires a heroic attitude from the patients. Usually however, these patients do not cooperate with their doctors and they cannot accept suffering. So, there is no solution for them.

The solution I discovered works only for patients who cooperate with the doctor, the unconscious that sends us the dream messages. If the patients don't cooperate in transforming their behaviour and obeying the directions they receive, they cannot be cured. This psychotherapy is based on the transformation of the person's personality; it cannot save the patients without their participation.

Now that I finally finished my huge book and simplified it so that it could be understood by anyone, I can see that the new generation is depressed due to the horrors of our world and the serious mistakes made by the previous generations.

Teens have no courage to face all the problems of existence in a world where justice is only a myth because craziness governs the population.

However, they are the unique heroes who can save humanity from destruction because they have to show to the world that we need to be conscious of what we do, that everyone has to have the indispensable conditions of life and pass through psychotherapy, so that everyone may be balanced and live peacefully in our world.

Psychotherapy through dream interpretation is really a miraculous solution we didn't expect we could have!

Yes, it really is, but it depends on the cooperation of the patient. Each one has to understand one's mistakes and agree to change one's behaviour in order to be saved from depression and craziness, thus acquiring psychic health.

Therefore, I hope the new generation understands the importance of this miraculous solution and all teens learn how to correctly interpret their dreams, so that they may change our horrible world with their intelligent and sensitive work, after being cured from their depression by this method.

Prevent Depression and Craziness through the scientific method of Dream Interpretation discovered by Carl Jung and simplified by Christina Sponias, a writer who continued Jung's research in the unknown region of the human psychic sphere.

About Teen Dating

By Kerry Ng

Teen dating is one of the most difficult procedures of teenage life. Social pressures surrounding it can be impossible to overcome, especially if you are a teen who is shy or awkward. Having an awkward personality is difficult to sidestep as a teen especially if you find that it follows you around like a shadow. Overcoming awkwardness is hard enough in school or work, but the difficulty and complications can be downright overwhelming when you are on a date.

This is not to say that all teen dating experiences will be disastrous or will contain incidents of major social faux pas. Often teen dating takes place without incident and the date goes on successfully to result in an incredible time for all participants. This requires the teen to be less awkward than most and to be as suave as James Bond times ten thousand. The hyperbole is not misplaced, either, as teens are some of the most scrutinized human beings on the face of the earth.

The perils of teen dating present challenges in front of teenagers that many simply are not equipped to face. Things like ordering food for a member of the opposite sex and pulling chairs out for your date are no longer commonplace, let alone in the world of teen dating. These are “musts”, and should be encouraged among all teen daters so as to produce a positive experience.

One of the most important things to remember is the notion of self-respect. In all things related to dating, do not forget to remember yourself and who you are when you are out on that date. It is easy to try to become another person to impress a date, but in the end what is respected above all else is someone who never abandons their principles or their ideologies just for a kiss or a snuggle. Remember to stand on your own two feet in the harsh, cold world of teen dating.

Teen Body Building

By Jonathan G. Michel

Teen body building is forever increasing in popularity. I see my 13 year old son and his friends, already pumping iron. I believe it has to do with self-esteem and looking good for the girls. It gives them self-confidence because he continually shows me how big his muscles are getting.

I was a little concerned at first, because teen body building at 13 seemed somewhat young to me. But further research showed that there's really no age barrier for teens to begin body building. After all, today's teens are usually big and strong. Their bodies seems to be ready. It's not any tougher than playing sports, which is just as demanding on the body, if not more.

Teen body building is best suited for 15 year olds and up, but many 13-14 year old boys are already well developed beyond their years. They're still growing, but body building only re-enforces their strenght. However, in teen body building, the focus should be a program designed to building an all-around physique for good health and athletics, instead of purely for size.

Am I worried if he burns too many calories if he doesn't take supplements. Heck no, not the way my boy and most boys of his age eat. Actually, with most statistics showing our teenagers being slightly obese, it's a good idea they take up teen body building. Of course if you see he's becoming serious about body building as a teen, then you as a parent should start monitoring his calorie intake and consider the proper supplements for teen body building.

Keep in mind that a teenager is in school for most of the day, and therefore can't eat six meals a day. This is where the protein bars come into play. They are a much better choice than those sugar-filled granola bars.

Just as in regular body building for adults, teen body building is not much different. They still have to space their meals for every 2-3 hours, or 5 - 6 times a day. That's kind of difficult in school, but they are in high school and college, so they do get 5 minute breaks walking to their next class. So technically, between breakfast, lunch, and dinner, there's really only two spaces to fill.

The diet in teen body building should basically be the same as an adult, rich in proteins, essential fatty acids, fibers, etc. I definitely would keep them away from creatine monohydrate until they have fully developed as a teen, or about the age of 18.

Teen body building and training is not any different then adult training, according to my research. Never train the same muscle group two day in a row. Don't over train, and get enough rest. My son needs his 10 hours of sleep otherwise, he's in one hell of a mood. Teen body building is just as demanding so make sure you get at least 8 to 10 hours of sleep. Alcohol is a no, no.
