Is Time Travel Possible?

Time is "resistant to simple definition," according to renowned astronomer Carl Sagan. He’s quite right: Many of us think we know what time is, but we would have a hard time actually defining it. It’s not a tangible thing that you can literally see or touch, but its effects are evident as we look at ourselves aging or trees growing. Time also seems to propel us in certain directions – whether to meet a deadline or catch a plane on time – based on the numbers on your clock.

Scientists, however, often describe time as the fourth dimension of our universe. (The other three dimensions pertain to space, including up, down, left, right, backward and forward.) The theory is that time cannot exist without space, and likewise, space cannot exist without time. This interconnected relationship of time and space is called the space-time continuum, which means that any event that occurs in the universe has to involve both space and time.

Albert Einstein had a theory of special relativity, wherein time slows down as an object approaches the speed of light. Today, this theory leads many scientists to believe that traveling faster than the speed of light could open up the possibility of time travel to the past as well as to the future.

Right now, the speed of light is believed to be the highest speed at which something can travel, so modifying our DeLoreans, and traveling "Back to the Future" is unlikely. As an object nears the speed of light, its relativistic mass increases until, at the speed of light, it becomes infinite. Accelerating an infinite mass any faster than that is impossible, or at least it seems to be right now.

However, there are other theories that lead to the notion that space travel will be a thing of the future.
  • Wormholes: Also known as Einstein-Rosen Bridges, these could allow travel many light years from Earth in a fraction of the time it would take with conventional space travel.
  • Cosmic strings: Thinner than an atom, these create intense gravitational pull on objects near them. Because their force distorts spacetime, some wonder if they can be used for time travel.
  • Black holes: When stars reach the ends of their lives, they create implosions known as black holes. Their gravitational fields are so strong that light can’t escape and anything coming in contact with it will be sucked in. Kerr holes — a type of black hole — have rotating black holes that some say could be used for time travel portals or to travel to parallel universes.

Time And Money Invested In Lawn Care

By Andrew Caxton

Are you one of the people that spend a lot of money on lawn care to the point where you are putting more into maintaining your lawn over your home? This may be because you really want that amazing green lawn that looks better than anyone else in your area. You may just have the need to keep your lawn at the right length. No matter what your reason for doing this amount of work on your lawn is, the fact is, when you step back to look at it, you enjoy the results that it provides to you.

Why Do It?
There are many things that go into getting that just right lawn, though, including keep it fertilized and handling things like thatching in the spring months. You may need to aerate the lawn this year. You may need to spend some time in the fall working on seeding it, too. The fact is that people all have their different methods to maintaining their lawn to this level, some of who have top secret methods they use. This is great that so many methods are out there and the fact that people want to see a great looking lawn. But, if you just do not have the added expenses or time to invest in this type of lawn care, you may not want to invest in it.

You may be the type of person that gets their lawn to look good to a point and then works on the next big home improvement project. Some fast tips to remember when caring for your lawn is to keep the grass high enough and to not overwater.

Consider Professional Lawn Care
If you do not have the time to invest in your lawn, then you may want to consider a professional lawn care service. This is more than just paying someone else to do the work. Rather, you should look toward a company that can invest in providing you with a highly skilled manner of caring for your lawn.

Fast Tips
There are some things you can do quickly to see great results in your lawn. For example, avoid cutting the grass too short. This gives the grass a longer time to grown and become stronger. You should not cut off more than one third of the blade of grass at one time. This means cutting more often, but at a longer length.

You also should make sure that you are watering to the right level. In some areas you do need more water due to a lack of rain. Yet, overwatering your lawn is not a good thing. If roots dry out, they may not be able to repair the damage and may eventually cause long term damage.

Spend Time With One Who Is Already Deeply Involved In This Journey Of Heart And Self Discovery

By E. Elysha

Learning to find that who "you" are is so readily available to your finding and that you can actually do something about awakening to this "you" of you that has you completely free of everything that you are currently suffering - because of the not being of this freedom that is who "you" are.

Coming to see for yourself that nothing is preventing you from actually being who you are if you so wish, that this "you" of you is something within your capacity - on a daily and momentary basis - of finding and stopping at and as. That you can actually begin your journey of realizing the heart of "you" directly and immediately, once you understand that this "you" is not the movement of the familiarity of the movement of who you have always thought to be you, and that you are very capable of being the immediate freedom that "you" are and through this beingness learning all about the notyou-ness that you would otherwise get caught up in identifying yourself to be.

One of the biggest questions asked again and again is 'how does one live this within the rounds of daily living?'

Once you begin to see that this is not a mental exercise of knowing some words, or having some profoundly tricky and deep insights, and that this "you" of you is actually an energetic movement or flow that is always flowing through your eyes. That it is always with you wherever you may go and that you may find this "you" whenever you so choose to do so.

Then you will come to see that you can be "you" on a momentary basis, no matter the arising - anytime, anyplace and anywhere.

The most difficult stage of this part of prising yourself loose from the grips of being lost to this "you" of you that is always with you, is the beginning stages of when you begin to get a move to actually do something about no longer being imprisoned, the arena where you are learning to see that you are not who you thought you were.

If you really wish to make headway through and out of your familiar place of imprisonment then spending a month or two with one who is already deeply involved in this journey of heart and self discovery would be your greatest advantage.

Once you begin to be who "you" are - which cannot be according to who you think you are - then you are finished no matter what is going on. You are home no matter the continued motion of notyou-ness that will continue to arise.

Discernment will be a natural part of you 'not buying the water' of others who are obviously not living the clarity and fullness of who they are.

You will be standing freely as this "you" of you that you are, flowing freely with everything as it is danced from within this same one that is this "you".

You will also - without any contradiction whatsoever - continue to learn of more of the notyou-ness that you find yourself flowing through, awakening to an ever greater flowering of the inner-ness of this divine one that is "you".

Automatic Espresso Machines - Save Time and Money on Coffee

By Richard Balsley

Automatic espresso machines are undoubtedly a product of modern technology. These machines automate every process needed to make a cup of pure espresso, be it pumping, grinding, dosing or tamping. A fully automated machine also includes an integrated grinder, which will add the perfect shot each time for your coffee. These machines may be of a high price tag, but the features and easy usability of these machines makes it worth the price.

The main difference between semi automatic machines and fully automatic machines is that the pump works automatically, pumping the perfect amount of water each time, which is not so in semi automatic machines. In semi automatic machines, the grinding, dosing and tamping has to be done manually too.

If you have a special taste or you like to brew your own cup, then manual machines should definitely suit you. You control every process in these. You grind the beans yourself, you pump the water yourself, etc. Unlike in semi automatic and automatic machines, you can make the exact type of coffee you desire. These are recommended for personal use if you have a unique taste.

Automatic Espresso Machines are most commonly used in a barista, as the quality of coffee would not waver with each cup and a large quantity of cups can be filled with lightening speed. Semi automatic, on the other hand can be used in a home, where many cups of coffee are usually made once or twice a day. Manual machines are for people who like to make their special cup themselves and are thus prepared to work for it. What you choose should depend on your needs and likes. But one thing is for sure; all these machines have ensured that you get your refreshing cup of coffee made easily, periodically and specially.

Worrying Is The Worst Time Waster

By Simon Meadowcroft

I am sure you have all heard about those lists of how many total hours we spend doing stuff like going to the bathroom, driving to and from work and watching TV, but did you ever stop to think how much time you spend worrying.

You go to the bathroom because you have to. The need to drive to and from work derives from a life choice. You watch the TV because you choose to and even though it sometimes may not be a good use of time, you get some entertainment from it. It is important to realize that worrying is also something you choose to do but it always makes you feel bad, it can stop you from concentrating on other activities and can drain your energy in unproductive thoughts.

Worrying is the worst time waster there is because it not only uses time which could be used more productively but it also makes you feel bad. It is worth doing anything that takes your mind off worrying, watch a movie, watch TV, go out with some friends, whatever you like to do, but avoid spending time worrying.

If you are like me however, whatever the worries may be, they will come back to you when you have nothing else to do, like when you are standing in line at a super market or when just before you go to sleep at night. So how do you avoid worrying in the long term? First you have to realize that you worry about things that you fear.

The answer to dealing with these worries is to them and the reasons for them out into the open. It is like exorcising your demons. The best outlet for your worries will depend on what type of worries they are. Worries can be put in two categories as follows:1. Worries about things that require action2. All other worries

In the first case the worries about things that require actions, there are two ways you can deal with them:1. Simply do the thing that needs to be done, even though it might cause some personal discomfort, once it is done it is out of the way and won't hang around to haunt you.2.
Put the thing that worries you on a 'to do' list. Often we cannot do something right away and putting it on a 'to do' list will remind you to do it later. This is particularly effective when your worry is precisely that you might forget to do the thing that you are supposed to do.

The key thing about 'to do' lists is that you need to make a habit of reviewing your 'to do' list every day. I recommend that you don't write your 'to do' list in a note book or scraps of paper but rather in an electronic organizer on using software on a computer that you are always using for work or at home.

Other worries that do not require action may be worries about what people think of you, worries about things you have done or what people think about things you have done. Or they may be worries about new situations or even that you or a loved one may be seriously ill.

For these types of worries you can do about them:1. Talk to somebody about them, this might be your friends, your spouse, other family or even a counselor if needed. This might be spoken or through some electronic media.2. Write them in a journal, if you are worried about things you think are too private, or you think other people will think the worries are silly then this is a really good way to get things off your chest.

As with the 'to do' list you need to get into the habit of reviewing your journal on a regular basis. One important benefit of keeping a journal is that it can give you a sense of perspective, what might have been worrying you a week ago may not seem important anymore.

Whatever the outlet once you have brought your worries out into the open (even if only to yourself). It will feel like burdens are being lifted from you and you will find that you are occupying much less of your time with your worries. This is time that can be used more productively at work, doing things you like and spent on things that interest you.

More importantly less time spent worrying is less time feeling bad and in a negative state. And less time feeling unhappy, means that you will be generally happier in your life.

Take care, Simon

There Is Never the Perfect Time

By Ron Ulrici

Are you living with a jerk? Have you been plotting secretly for a long time to kick him out or just leave yourself? I bet that you have been waiting for that perfect moment. It's when he has pushed your buttons one too many times. Maybe it's when he's gone for the weekend.

But, that moment just doesn't happen. Just when you are about to walk out that door, he brings you flowers. Don't you hate it when that happens? At the last moment, Mr. Hyde turns into Doctor Jekyll in front of your eyes.

So what do you do? You melt, of course, and give him a reprieve. Down deep, you know that you have sold out. You pretend that he is changing; maybe this time is different.

Chances are - he is not changing; he is tuning into your frequency. He knows your vibes and has made a move to preserve his living conditions. You have fallen for it one more time.

Tired of being on this merry-go-around? There is no perfect time. It is rarely easy. You know what needs to be done. Don't just think about it, write down a plan.
  1. Write a specific goal - I will move out by the end of October.
  2. Mark the date on your calendar.
  3. Tell a friend. Ask her to hold you accountable.
  4. Prepare - pack, furniture, finances, etc.
  5. If you've completed #4, leave earlier than planned!
Who am I to tell you all of this? Where do I get off? Well, my dear, I was the jerk to another woman like you. I was actually a drunken bastard who milked the situation for 23 years. When she was finally ready, she skipped steps 2, 3 and 4 and just left. In retrospect, I think that her plan was the easiest scenario.

If he is still around while you are packing, there may be too much time to reconcile; too much time for him to use his wiles on you. Besides that, it is too painful a process. It is so much less painful for you if he comes home to an empty house.

In the meantime, attend Al-Anon and read "Codependent No More." Your happiness depends on it.

Enjoy the Christmas Time with Unsecured Loans

By Erika Anaya

Every one wants a wonderful Christmas. It's the right time of the year when you want to have loads of fun. If you want to enjoy festive season in your own way, let it be so. You can sing the whole night, buy cakes for that special day, send gifts to your friends and have a great time.

Usually, after the Christmas and New Year Eve is over, many people are left with a lot of credit card bills. This happens because you overspend and then use all your credit cards as a last resort. But, you should avoid this thing. You can plan your festival expenses and take out a cheap loan for this purpose.

Credit cards are a lot costlier than unsecured loans. So, you should reconsider your habit of flashing out credit cards. The better way would be to plan your budget and allocate the funds out of your salary, savings and at last resort to unsecured loans. These loans do not require any security and you can easily get these loans online. To be eligible to apply for an unsecured loan UK, you need to be 18 or above in age and you should be a UK resident. A lot of information is available on the Internet regarding different financial products. So, just grab it and use it for getting a right loan.

Unsecured loans are available with high street lenders, private online lenders, building societies and other financial institutions. The rate of interest depends upon many factors like your credit score, monthly income, amount of loan, etc. Ideally, if you have a good credit history, the rate of interest can be as low as 6.5 per cent. Bad credit history can make it difficult to get an unsecured loan UK. Even if you get it, you will have to pay high interest rate.

Don't Ever Give It Up! Give It Time!

By Sue Seward

Network Marketing takes time and effort. It's not always a cake walk!
It doesn't happen overnight and you do not get rich in a few short months. As professionals we have got to stop this insane hype because it's detrimental to our industry!

Maybe this happens for a few. You know all the ones you read about in magazines who say they got a check for a bil-zillion dollars in a few short months! Then these few go out and flaunt their riches and make everyone think it's so easy!

This just isn't the reality of the industry. We've got to get realistic here. Until people start developing realistic goals, they will continue to frustrate themselves and most will quit.

With most of these stories we really never hear the behind the scenes true story of how these people got to the top so quickly do we? Trust me, there's more to the story than we ever hear in the lime light!

It took me a lot of years to get to understand what to do and to learn the business. Developing into a leader has taken time. Before you can help other people develop You've got to develop yourself. I had no business background, no corporate business background, no degrees, no contacts, and no credibility when I started. I was a stay at home mom and still am to this day!

Now I call myself a CEO MOM! It's a beautiful thing when you start to have people coming to you!

It's not been easy. I've stumbled and mumbled and made many mistakes but the one thing I have NOT done is GIVE UP!

It's a constant learning and growing process too! I have gotten checks while learning, not huge insane money, but still a very nice four figure a month passive residual income that flows in month after month for working at HOME. I always realized that I would be underpaid in the beginning and I now know what the future holds for me as I stay on the course and continue building a solid foundation!

I've been able to stay home with my kids and take them and pick them up from school and taxi them to their activities. I haven't had to work for someone else in over 14 years.

Ask people who say they quit their jobs in 6 months or a year to do Network Marketing full time really how many hours did they have to spend in the beginning to make that kind of money so quickly. More importantly, what sort of sacrifices did they have to make?

It might be a lot easier for a single guy named Joe ON THE GO with no wife, no kids, no house or yard to care for, to concentrate 16 to 18 hours a day on their Network Marketing business with no one to answer to, no kids to take to ball games, no diapers to change, babies to feed, no dinner to cook, no house to clean, no homework to help with, no groceries to shop for, no spouse to give attention to, etc.

This busy list of life goes on and on especially for women!

Because women are usually the caretakers and have not only the responsibility of building a multi-million dollar business but also the responsibility of caring for our families and sometimes that may include our own aging parents.

This isn't meant to be an excuse. Everyone's life situation is different. Many people must start in Network Marketing part-time because it's necessary for them to work it around their job or around their full-time LIFE!

Most people have a full time job and many other obligations in their lives. Even with all this anyone can still build a Network Marketing business if they really take the little precious time they do have and be patient as their business grows in time AND most of all never never never give up! Then what happens is you develop leverage which gives you the ultimate and that's FREEDOM! Just remember success always comes with a price!

Some people are just as happy with a part-time income from Network Marketing. Just remember to be realistic about the time frame involved according to your own particular situation and make sure you are sensitive to this fact in other people's lives!

When you decide that you want to change your career and start your own business and choose Network Marketing decide right then and there that you've got to give it at least 30 months of intent focus. Even if it's only ONE hour a day make that one hour count!

Just think how long people stay in traditional jobs to retirement? 20, 25, 30 years?

Then what do they have? If you do start a traditional business it will most likely take you at least 2 to 3 years to break even or maybe even longer. My husband and I had this discussion. He told me how long it would take him to start making a profit if he were to start his own Land Surveying business.

He said at least 4 years and he would have to spend a ton of money to even start his business. And if the economy goes so does his business! There's a lot of risk involved!

You also have a tremendous amount of overhead in a traditional business usually, depending on what sort of business you start. Start up cost are usually much higher than in starting a Network Marketing business.

In traditional business you still have to work hard, give it daily consistent effort, contact many many people, focus and commit, have desire, develop a PLAN, be organized, manage your time wisely....etc....the same thing we do in Network Marketing!

Find what many other people want and need. Become passionate about what you're doing. Use the products yourself so you will become passionate and enthusiastic about what you're sharing with others and WHY it's important to you. Other people will see you walking your talk!

Be patient and stick with it. Be coachable......find a good sponsor and experienced support team to work WITH you, not build it FOR you. Stayed focused and constantly stay involved in the loop. That means be on company and team conference calls to stay plugged in!

Constantly strive to be a leader! Be around successful people, watch them, do what they do, read what they read, go where they go!

Just DO IT!

Read everything you can about your company, the industry, constantly developing yourself and talk consistently about the industry to your business partners and other colleagues in the industry and of course to people in general that you meet! Don't forget to listen a lot too!

Go to every company function you can possibly get to! Go to leadership training seminars. Read books on leadership and business. Robert Kiyosaki is one of my favorites! I also love the Women's tapes from Upline and Dani Johnson, Rod Nichols, Kim Klaver, Doug Firebaugh, Jim Rohn, John C. Maxwell, Mark Gorman, and so many others that I've met and learned from over the years.

There's a list of coaches and training at http://www.eCommerceHomeBiz.com
Hook up with positive like minded people who also have the desire to succeed. Join organizations like the DSWA Direct Selling Women's Alliance http://www.mydswa.org, International Virtual Women's Chamber of Commerce, http://www.ivwcc.com and other networking groups.

Look for successful business minded people in your community. Learn all you can from them and bring them into your business. If this is not for them then ask for referrals. This is what I've done in the last nine years. I've associated myself with very successful positive people and I'm sticking with them like glue! Here I am a little ole stay at home mommy working closely with people who are self-made millionaires and teaching me how to become one too!

Can you do this business alone? Yes you could, but it could be much tougher. That would be similar to being in a traditional business wouldn't it?

Remember to always think of the other person first, and ask them questions....take an interest in other people and sincerely try to help them. Building relationships is so important in this business. Whether you're online or offline always build the relationship first!

When you do people will gravitate towards you!

There are a few things that are absolutely crucial to your success in this business:

*Being consistent on a daily basis with your contacts. URGENT URGENT URGENT!!

This one is the MOST crucial of all!

Make sure you are consistent! Do something every single day for your business! No matter what! Even if all you have is ONE hour a day do something for your business! Do NOT go one day without doing something because I can almost bet you the farm that if you go one day it will turn into two, then three, then four then a week, a month goes by and you have not done anything for your business! You become discouraged, frustrated, and guess what happens?

YOU'LL QUIT! DO SOMETHING EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR YOUR BUSINESS! Even if it's answering ONE email, calling ONE person, taking your products, listening to a conference call, etc. Do whatever you can to make that commitment to do something everyday for your business! This is VERY crucial!

STAY PLUGGED INTO THE LOOP!

*Following up in a timely manner

*AND NEVER GIVE UP!

How successful you are really depends on how many contacts you actually make but you must remember to:

FOLLOW UP! You're going to get rejected too so just be ready for it! It's really a good thing...trust me. The ones that can handle the most rejection WIN.

Remember.....

This is where most people drop the ball! I've seen it so many times with people and I admit I have also been guilty of not following up when I was new to the business.

I was so afraid of the rejection! Now I welcome it! If someone says no that's ok! Just don't take it personally! If you cannot follow up in a timely manner ask one of your business partners to follow up with your prospect.

This is another URGENT MATTER! Not following up will dry up your business like the Sahara desert!

Can you imagine being a 22 year old and discovering Network Marketing as your niche, finding the right mentor, and giving it 30 months of consistent efforts with the right company, product, timing and experienced mentors? These young people can be set for life!

Could you also imagine leaving a million dollars in cash sitting on the table and getting up and walking away?!! That's what you're doing when you QUIT your Network Marketing business!

Well no matter how young or old you are you can still benefit from Network Marketing!

I am very pleased that I found Network Marketing when I did. Deciding to learn and grow through ALL the experiences, good AND bad, but most of all, never giving up no matter what, has created LEVERAGE and that my friends is the ultimate of what we're all looking for in Network Marketing!

"Keep on doing good, and in proper season we will reap a harvest if we do not give up"! Galatians 6:9

Time Management Tools - Running Companies On Hot

By Dr. Larry Baker

You, too, can create a company that runs on HOT. My nearly 30 years of consulting and executive coaching have demonstrated executives who create company cultures that run on HOT have more personal growth, positive self-images, and so do their employees. Their companies run smoother, and executives and employees have higher productivity and waste less time and other resources.

Now, you are asking, "what is HOT?" HOT is easier to describe than create. HOT stands for Honesty, Openness and Trust ... See what I mean - easier to describe than create.

You create HOT by ensuring that you and your fellow executives are Honest and Open: always telling employees the truth, regardless of its impact. Employees are more resilient when receiving and coping with bad news than you may think, and they deserve to hear the good news.

If you will Trust yourself and your employees enough to be Honest and Open, feel assured your employees will Trust you enough to accept the truth and give you their support. Take Time - Make Time - Stop and Check - It Is Well Worth The Effort

By Sandy Shaw

In various recent articles I have been basing the lessons I have been seeking to share and teach on the text of the Bible, and these can be found under different categories. You cannot find a finer foundation than The Word of God, which we have in the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments. At least, I do not know of a better one. If you do may I ask you to let me know.

When we reach this middle section of Acts Chapter 5, in the New Testament, I do ask you to continue to read the actual biblical text, and check everything I say. Never accept anything I write without checking it out.

I aim not to deal in ideas, views or opinions, but in truth, and I say that as humbly as I can in the light of The Word of God.

We have been reading elsewhere of how The Church of Jesus Christ was birthed, and how God launched the Church into the world. We have studied the significance of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, when some day some 3,000 people came to believe in Jesus Christ, as they turned from their sins, were baptised (plunged) in water, and received the Holy Spirit.

Take time to check that your foundation is biblically sound! It is essential that our foundation is based upon the solid rock of the Word of God.

These two dynamic leaders, Peter and John were imprisoned. They appeared in the same court which had tried Jesus Christ, and the apostle's boldness and courage did not go unnoticed. There are times when we have to be bold and courageous, as well as merciful and tender. Those who sought to silence the disciples of the risen, living and ascended Jesus were bewildered.

Do not be overly surprised when people might try to silence you and switch off your light. There was a most marvellous outpouring of prayer among the believers, when Peter and John returned, on their being released from that Jerusalem jail.

Is your voice heard regularly in a gathering for praise and prayer?

Peter faced up to the insidious hypocrisy which tried to creep in, confronting both Ananias and Sapphira, as they tried to kid on that they had given all the money they had received for that property. As a result of their lying they dropped down dead!

These were awesome days. These were momentous times, as the Holy Spirit flowed through the believers in various manifestations. Take time to check that your channel is not clogged up. Is the Holy Spirit able to flow through you freely and unhampered?

In verse 15, people brought their sick ones into the streets, so that at least Peter's shadow might fall on some of them as he passed by. There is no doubt about who the front man was in this growing Jerusalem Fellowship. Peter was the leader.

News travelled fast. Crowds came. Sick and demonised ones were brought, and 'all of them were healed'. These demonised ones were "tormented". That is what the devil does.

Others were tormented in a different manner, but by the same enemy of God. They were filled with jealousy. That too is a tormenting spirit. Jealousy can make people do terrible things. They become unfair, unjust and cruel.

It manifests itself in peculiar irrational behaviour, and again the apostles are put in jail.
Take time - make time - and check your own spiritual situation, condition and witness. That can be a most valuable decision. It is like the man taking a few moment to sharpen his scythe before continuing to cut the field of grass. In the long run it makes the task easier and quicker.

Why is that man not working? What is he doing? - the little child asks. O, he is taking time to sharpen his scythe!

What does God want to say to you and teach you from His living Word?

When It Comes To Time Management, Self Awareness Is What Counts

By Sara Bereika

The better you know yourself, the more you can improve your performance when working to achieve your goals and tasks. Here are some questions you can ask yourself that may help you work more efficiently and effectively.

When are you the most/least productive? This is a common oversight when scheduling your goals and tasks. If you schedule a task that you truly dislike during a time when you are least productive, that task will never get done. You will be sluggish, make more mistakes and you will begin to further dislike the task. Scheduling that task when you are the most productive will help ensure you get it done quickly, with less mistakes.

Do you know your limits? All of us at one time or another have over extended ourselves to get a task or project done because we want to get it over with. Putting this pressure on ourselves can make the task or project much more difficult. The best thing to do is to stop working on a project when you still have energy and have hit your peak. Forcing yourself to get through it will slow the project down. You will associate your stress with the completion of the project and possibly never get back to finishing it. If you stop when you are still energized, it will be much more enjoyable to come back to at a later date. You will associate that energy with the project and be motivated to finish.

What are your strengths and weaknesses?Make a list of all your strengths and weaknesses. Take all your weaknesses and start delegating as many tasks as you can that fall under that category. It is far more efficient to pay someone else to do a task instead of continuing to put it off, and have that feeling of inadequacy because you haven’t done it. And if you aren’t convinced it’s worth it, calculate your hourly rate. If you work for a company, determine all your expenses. Include your salary, payroll taxes, the cost of office space you use, insurance (if you have it through your company), travel and other expenses if they apply. If you are self-employed, determine the annual cost of running your business. Now determine the profit you should generate by your activity using a good educated guess. Determine how many hours you work in a year and do the math. You may be shocked to find out how much you are worth and how valuable it is to pay someone else to do the job.

Do you work in a dysfunctional environment? If you are working in an environment that is full of clutter, noise, or even dust you may not work as effectively or efficiently. You spend most of your time at work so do what you can to spruce up your space. Paint the walls a soothing color, buy a chair that is comfortable, invest in an air purifier, buy a set of headphones and listen to music that motivates you. Be sure to allow sunlight to get in and clean up the clutter. If the clutter is overwhelming ask for help from a family member, friend or professional. And if money is preventing you from getting the things you need remind yourself that you deserve to be happy and healthy!

Save Time and Money with Direct Source Shopping

By Chris Robertson

Shopping locally for products is great when you have free time to look around and compare prices or products. But when you're pressed for time, this might not be an option. That's why direct source shopping online has become so popular in recent years. With direct source shopping, you can go online to one particular Web store and read store reviews, merchants reviews, or product reviews without ever leaving your home. This enables you to do comparison shopping without wasting time or automobile gasoline.

Comparison Shop among Brand Names
One benefit of direct source shopping is you can comparison shop among many different brand names. The same brand names are available online that you are familiar with in your local area. Unfortunately, if you live in a small town or suburban area, the brand names are probably limited to a few. At an online shopping mall, you can compare all the popular brand names, their qualities and features, as well as their prices to get the best prices.

One example is when shopping for items for babies and kids. Brand names such as Fisher-Price, Pampers, Leap Frog, Evenflow, Graco, Eddie Bauer, and Diaper Genie can be found online at various prices. Some online stores can offer these brand name products for less because they order directly from the manufacturer. They do not have high overhead costs like a brick-and-mortar store.

Read Product Reviews from Home
Another advantage of direct source shopping is you can read multiple product reviews from home before buying. This is one thing that sets the Internet apart from shopping at a brick-and-mortar establishment. If you're considering buying a high-dollar item, you want to know all its features as well as how it works before buying it.

Online, you can read numerous product reviews in detail from the comfort of your own home. At a store, you might compare prices, but not necessarily the benefits and features because of a lack of time or information. Online, you can take as much time as you want to read product reviews and find the best value at the lowest prices.

Direct Source Shopping for Gifts
For holidays, birthdays, graduations, and anniversaries, you can use direct source shopping to find great gifts for family or friends. There are hundreds of products available to choose from so you can easily find the products your loved ones will love. You can grab unique gifts or stocking stuffers for men, women, boys, and girls of all ages at cheap prices and avoid the busy, crowded stores.

You can also order multiple products from the same online source and enjoy a discount on shipping costs. Whether shopping for clothing, toys, babies' and kids' products, health products, auto parts, beauty supplies, books, computer products, musical instruments, or sporting goods, you'll want to be sure the quality is good even if the products are listed at a cheap price. Use direct source shopping to compare everything about your favorite products before you shop.

Time Management

By Louis Jordan

Honest time management can be the difference between a good and great sales person. It eliminates the peaks and valleys experienced by some sales people and allows them to become consistent producers.

To manage your time effectively first start by detailing the activities required by your position into three groups.

Group one - activities that create commission/sales:

Foot canvassing
Telemarketing
Attending appointments
Speaking with existing customers to add business
Asking existing customers for referrals

Group two - activities that need to be done, but do not immediately create commission/sales:

Account reviews
Collating leads
Networking
Some customer service activity
Returning phone calls and email (urgent, account impacting)
Preparing Proposals
Training

Group three - activities that can be delegated to someone else:

Researching issues
Billing issues
Returning phone calls and email (non-account impacting)
Day-to-day account maintenance

Hunters and Farmers will have slightly different lists, but both of them need to spend sales time on sales activities. For the Hunter it will be generating new business, for the Farmer increasing penetration rates or revenue streams within existing customers.

Prospecting needs to be the first item listed by any sales person for group one. Whether true cold-calling or contacting existing accounts it is the life-blood of a sales team. It is also the first thing that is sacrificed to return a phone call, deal with an issue or write a proposal. Why, if is so important, do we tend to sacrifice prospecting before anything else? Because we do not like doing it and it is the hardest part of most sales positions.

It is very easy to get home after honestly working non-stop for eight hours without having done anything to generate a sale or increase commission. Do not get into this habit - it is a great way to get managed out of any sales position.

You need print out a blank calendar from outlook for either a week or a month and start carving out time for the sales generating activities. When you have finished your first draft re-do it and add 20% more time to prospecting. Stick the calendar in your cube, on your laptop or in your car and force yourself to adhere to the schedule you have developed. Sales is easy if you have a robust funnel, getting the funnel to become robust is the hardest aspect of selling anything - so spend more time on this than on any other activity. It really is that simple.

Most of you will, if you are successful, earn more money than the customers you speak to each day. You must proceed as if your time is more important than anyone else's. Non-commission/sales generating activities must be relegated to those times during the day when you have less chance of find a sale - before 8:30am, between 11:30 and 1:00pm and after 6:00pm.

Those of you who are having a great month, or have just closed a big deal need to put this in place immediately to ensure you do not spend the next few weeks floating around without adding to your funnel. The number one reason why sales people have valleys and peaks in their performance is a failure to focus on prospecting and sales generating activities when they are doing well. Whether your sales cycle is ten days or two years the issue is the same. Forsaking prospecting during periods of prosperity results in tough times down the road. At some point if you have been putting nothing into your funnel, nothing will come out of it.

You need to show extreme integrity and self-control by adhering to your new schedule all the time, not just when you feel desperate.

If you have used other techniques to help you manage your time please email them to me at coach@integrity-sales-leadership.com and we will publish your ideas.

The Time Is Now

By Linda Dipman

A luminous world appeared in perfect splendor. It was all a flutter with beautiful angels darting back and forth excitedly proclaiming the Greatness of God. Suddenly a Being more beautiful than all of the rest stood before the exuberant crowd dressed in clothes that shone like lightning. All activity stopped and focused on the words that flowed elegantly and persuasively directing the angels to important missions for God's chosen children on earth.

The time had come for the harvest of the earth and each supernatural being was directed to their charge. Their mission was to gather together the faithful and position them for the great and mighty day of the Lord Jesus' return. They were ecstatic with joy that the time of destroying the evil off the face of the earth had now come.

When I looked at the vision and understood what it meant, truth flooded my mind with understanding. Our world had become so corrupted by evil that God had shorted the time of the end.

I was astonished at how simple minded people had become to their lives and how easily they were influenced to do bad. How could so many people be deceived? Why weren't they striving to do right?

Matthew 24: 21-25, "For the trouble at that time will be far more terrible than any there has ever been, from the beginning of the world to this very day. Nor will there ever be anything like it again. But God has already reduced the number of days; had he not done so, nobody would survive. For the sake of his chosen people, however, God will reduce the days.

Then, if anyone says to you, 'Look, here is the Messiah!' or 'There he is!'-do not believe him. For false Messiahs and false prophets will appear; they will perform great miracles and wonders in order to deceive even God's chosen people, if possible. Listen! I have told you this ahead of time."

We live in a world where deception is present in everyday life. For example, we are constantly bombarded with advertisements from fast food restaurants compelling us to eat fatty hamburgers and french fries. The media has persuaded our children to eat unhealthy cereals and beverages loaded with sugar by their favorite cartoons through TV commercials and advertisements on the boxes. As consumers and parents we have lost our ability to know what kind of food is best.

We sit and watch television all day. We are addicted to video games and the internet. We don't clean our homes or exercise because we are way too busy with our electronic gadgets and working at our jobs so we can fuel our desire for things.

Our doctor offices are full of patients who are prone to constant sicknesses and major diseases because of unhealthy lifestyles from the indulgence of fatty fast foods and lack of exercise.
People are taking pills for high blood pressure. They are filling their bodies with antidotes when the right medicine can be found by eating the right kind of foods.

Hospitals are springing up everywhere in order to meet the excessive demand of sick people. These people have lost there ability to tell the difference between right and wrong in what they eat and how they should take care of their bodies. These people rely on doctors and
never call to God for help!

We fill our homes with big screen televisions and entertain ourselves with fast cars and expensive boats. Never thinking of anyone but ourselves. Always planning the next vacation that will bring excitement into our lives.

We don't understand when floods come and sweep away our homes. "Why would God take our things from us?" "God must hate me."

We don't understand because we are so preoccupied with our own lives that we have abandoned our churches and we have neglected our faith so we can indulge in our luxuries. We have become children of the world taking care of our own needs while the poor become poorer and the rich build bigger and bigger homes.

A tornado wipes out houses and peoples securities and all the people think about is what memories they have lost, they console themselves with expectations of what new things they will buy with the insurance check. They don't think about the poor in their community, who
don't have insurance, and have lost their jobs as a result of the storm? Who will help them?

Our world is a game. A battle between good and evil. A world where people are either for 'God and good', or for the great deceiver Satan and what they can get from the world. We must choose a side and fight! We must look at our world differently or we will lose ourselves in the activities of the world.

The seasons are changing, it is hot where it is suppose to be cool. It is cool where it is suppose to be hot. It rains when it is suppose to be dry. It is dry when it is suppose to be wet. Look at what is happening and you will begin to understand that 'The Time Is Now' and the 'End of All Things Are About to Happen'.

Daniel 12: 1-3, "The angel wearing linen clothes said, 'At that time the great angel Michael, who guards your people, will appear. Then there will be a time of troubles, the worst since nations first came into existence. When that time comes, all the people of your nation whose names are written in God's book will be saved. Many of those who have already died will live again: some will enjoy eternal life, and some will suffer eternal disgrace. The wise leaders will shine with all the brightness of the sky. And those who have taught many people to do what is right will shine like the stars forever."

Our world is a game meant to teach people the difference between good and evil. The wise will learn the lessons of the world and they will pray for help when the storms of life come. The wicked who have been deceived by Satan, will blame God and abandon their faith for their worldly pleasures.

Why are the people running to doctors and administering the medicine to their constant wounds? Why are they so preoccupied with making a living for their pleasures? Why do they build bigger houses and larger banks for their money?

We have given into evil and we are blind to our sins. We don't care about our mother or father in their old age. We don't care about the financial status of our children. We don't think about the homeless and the poor. Our only interest is about ourselves and what makes us happy.

Mark 13: 32-37 "No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Be on guard! Be alert! You do not know when that time will come. It's like a man going away: He leaves his house and puts his servants in charge, each with his assigned task, and tells the one at the door to keep watch.

Therefore keep watch because you do not know when the owner of the house will come back-whether in the evening, or at midnight, or when the rooster crows, or at dawn. If he comes suddenly, do not let him find you sleeping. What I say to you, I say to everyone: 'Watch!'"

When we are preoccupied with this world then we are at risk to storms, sicknesses and violence of all kinds. We are at war against evil and when we are sleeping on the job and not asking God to protect us and help us fight we have surrendered to the world.

God's chosen children need to stop sleeping and start using their power of prayer to activate God's angels. They need to put on the armor of God and fight Satan and the evil he has the power to inflict upon men. When we aren't fighting for good then evil is given permission to dominate the world.

The Angels eagerly gathered together to fight. They no longer had to wait upon the call of God's chosen people. Now they had the authority from God to stop evil in the world. They no longer had to restrain their will to fight against Satan and all people who choose evil over good. The End has Come!

Unfortunately for the people of the world The time is Now! Look at all of the deception forced upon all people through false advertisements! Look at the climate change! Look at all the sicknesses of the world! Look at the wars that are escalating and leading closer to a nuclear bomb!

Wake up sleepers and start preparing for the end!

Linda C Dipman author of THE GAME OF LIFE IT'S ALMOST OVER

Need More Money, Extra Cash, Part Time Work?

By Joe Cavalari

Yeah, I know. Every day the income just doesn't go quite as far as it did the day before. We really do need a part time job, but we do have other needs that are just as compelling. Like family and children that deserve and need our being available to help keep them on the right path. We also have personal needs like getting a reasonable amount of sleep and the occasional recreation and relaxation. How do you accomplish all of this and at the same time fight off the pressures of financial survival?

Well, there are basically two ways to increase your income. The first is to simply get a part time job and the second, which really is becoming increasingly more popular, is to develop a home business using your computer.

In the first case, having a part time job, even if it's slinging burgers at Mickie D's, takes a very heavy toll on our health and well being and really doesn't get it done. I mean, stretching our work week out to 60 or 70 hours and finding that the additional fixed income of a hundred or two a week just seems to disappear without a trace makes for a dismal outlook. After a month or so of doing this you have to ask yourself, "Where am I going with this ? Am I killing myself for nothing ?" The second approach makes infinitely more sense. For one thing, you simply don't have that fixed ceiling on your earnings. You don't spend all that extra time away from your family and make "X" number of dollars that just seem to disappear into budget oblivion. The sky is the literal limit with home based business earnings. If you approach it with the right attitude, you could be making hundreds of dollars an hour and that will constantly increase. Several things you Must understand right up front. This is a business, and like any bricks and mortar business, it must be built from the ground up.. You will start off by working your tail off for "0" bucks an hour and the increases in income will seem painfully slow at the start. But, unlike starting the "Mom and Pop Widget Store" on the corner, you don't have to re-mortgage the house to set it up and you don't have heavy monthly expenses to keep it open. This business can be set up for peanuts and effectively operated using free advertising resources, but in all other respects, it is the same. You do have to attract and keep those lovely members and many of them need help and encouragement. If you can't deal with this fundamental requirement, then I understand that Mickie D's is still hiring ! Don't waste your time and energy to spin your wheels at this approach to making money. If you're not persistent and patient, you will Fail at this and disrupt the continuity in income to all the other members of your business family. If you can meet this basic requirement, then you're definitely in the right place. Carry on !!

Another serious consideration that is even more difficult to ascertain is the "Upline Mentor" you end up with in any program you elect to join. There is simply no way you can know this person and what you might expect in the way of help. Sadly, in most cases, you will find that he/she has little or no personal knowledge and is working like mad to make their own downline list bigger leaving no time to help you, even if they could. The first, and believe it or not, the most difficult part, is to find the right business to promote. Just take a peek at any of the offerings on the start page exchange, and you'll soon have visions of sugar plums dancing in your head. Make millions a year without lifting a finger and other such "Pie in the Sky" offerings are abundantly displayed.
Understand this and understand it well !! There are some old adages that directly apply.

If it looks too good to be true, It probably is.

There is no such thing as a free lunch!!

The first, and believe it or not, the most difficult part, is to find the right business to promote. Just take a peek at any of the offerings on the start page exchanges, and you'll soon have visions of sugar plums dancing in your head. Make millions a year without lifting a finger and other such "Pie in the Sky" offerings are abundantly displayed.

If you keep these things Firmly in mind, you will not go wrong.

Forgive me for sounding arrogant, but being an "Upline Mentor" is something I take very seriously and have both the time (Retired) and the experience (over 10 years). I have reached my monetary goal and do not feel the pressure at this point and do get a great deal of satisfaction in helping others achieve their goals. For several of my downline members, I have gone so far as to completely set-up all their programs in my money chain. The only thing these good folks had to do was advertise and promote. Most have done very well, Thank You..

Online Jobs Save Time And Money Through Virtual Employment

By Mark Farrar

In old days, the companies used to conduct their business in physical buildings, whereby the employees had to travel physically to work for the company. However, with the globalization and the availability of advanced communication technologies such as teleconferencing, video conferencing and internet, the meaning of jobs associated with a physical location has changed. Online jobs have become the vogue, where employees need not travel to a specific location to work for their company.

Many new business opportunities came about due to the increased usage of the Internet for communication around the world and because of the advent of new e-commerce tools. In Internet businesses, people may conduct many new kinds of business online using these technologies. The availability of state-of-the-art e-commerce business solutions have made previously labour intensive jobs such as cash transfers, buying and selling semi automated and much less costly.

Nowadays, Internet is being used for a lot of business transactions. This opened the doors for online jobs. No longer employees need to travel to a certain location to conduct their business.
All they need is an Internet connection and a computer with necessary software. This would create a virtual office for each employee. Mobile computer devices such as palm tops and laptops have made life much easier for employees because they can conduct their business even while they are on the move.

Online jobs are very advantageous to employees as well as employers. They offer a win-win situation for both parties. For employers, they reduce the capital expenditure and man-power costs. For employees, they provide the job flexibility needed, saves the travel time and costs.

Employees can decide when and where they would like to work. Even house wives, pregnant women and physically disabled people can do these jobs. Overall, they increase employee productivity and result in improved bottom line for the companies.

Online jobs are a good challenge as well. Performance management and employee accountability becomes an important issue since traditional ways to manage employees won't work. They give a less controlled work environment that may not be suitable for all kinds of employees. These type of jobs may not be right when a team work is required. The human resource department has to become creative and come up with innovative ways to improve employee productivity and accountability.

In summary, online jobs are an effective and suggested way to move forward and execute successful business strategies. Internet business models provide unlimited new business opportunities with advantages unmatched by traditional brick and mortar businesses. If you can handle the challenges that come with the internet through creative problem solving, you can be successful against all competition.

Internet has heralded new business opportunities. Now you can work online from any location using an internet enabled computer. Internet jobs offer a win-win situation. For employers, they reduce expenditure and man-power costs. For employees, they provide the much desired flexibility. Employees can decide when and where they would like to work. Apart from cost advantage in getting the traditional tasks performed by online workers, internet business houses have also realized the value of crowd sourcing which can be done in the most proficient manner using internet. Surveys, article and report writing, voice-over recording, graphic designing etc. are some of the online jobs in vogue.

Summertime is a Perfect Time for Rituals

By Nina Amir

It's getting hotter and the days are getting longer. Memorial Day has come and gone, so it must be summer. While most of us look forward to summer vacations, June, July and August also provide great months for creating and performing any number of fun, interesting and spiritual rituals.

Don't let the fact that you haven't ever performed a ritual stop you. And if you have performed rituals previously, summer's a great time to come up with creative new ways to take them to a deeper spiritual level.

So, why is summertime the perfect time for rituals making and performing? Because the warm and bright mornings beckon to us to come out with the chirping of the birds and celebrate the rising of the sun, the blooming of the flowers, the beauty of the natural world around us. The equally warm and late evenings allow us time after our daily chores or work to light a candle or a fire and to join in the crickets' song and to look up at the heavens and feel our connection to the universe and to God.

Yes, the weather and the length of the days give us amply opportunity to take a few minutes or a few hours to create and perform whatever rituals we like. Here are four examples of rituals you can try this summer.

1. Greeting the dawn: Begin getting up earlier in the morning, going outside and greeting the day with a ritual. You might want to have a tea ceremony. Or go into your garden and sit and meditate. Then cut some flowers and bring them inside with you. Place them on an altar, light a candle and offer up an intention for the day. Or simply go outside right after you awaken, stretch to the sun, touch your toes (or the ground, if you can) and then turn around stopping to acknowledge each of the four directions. Before you go back inside, recite aloud a list of things for which you feel grateful.

2. Four Elements Release Ritual: Go to the beach (or a lake) and have a bonfire. Before you light the fire, offer an intention that you are creating this fire for the purpose of releasing the old habits, patterns, issues – whatever you no longer want or need – from your life. Then, on a piece of paper, write down all the things you want to release (debt, eating disorders, health problems, bad jobs, etc.). Fold up the paper and before placing it in the fire, say, "I now release these to the Universe or God. Something better is now coming to me for the highest good of all concerned."

Take a moment to look at the smoke rising from the fire. Say aloud, "This smoke is now cleansing me of those things I do not want and raising my desires to a place where they will be made manifest." Now take some breadcrumbs or pieces of bread and go though this same list while throwing them into the ocean one by one. Be sure to recite the intention before you begin and the affirmation when you are finished. Last, find enough rocks to represent each of the things you want to release, go through the same basic process as before but this time bury each rock in a shallow hole you dig in the sand. When you have released your unwanted issues to the four elements, simply say, "So be it, so it is."

3. Offering up Gratitude: Before you go to bed, go outside and sit somewhere where you can see the stars. Light a candle, and while staring at it's brightness in the dark of the night, feel appreciation for the light it offers. As you fix your gaze on the flame, begin reciting all the things you are grateful for that occurred during the day. Imagine them rising with the flame, reaching upwards, as if your gratitude is being handed off to the darkness by the tip of the flame. When you are done, look up at the stars. (It's easiest to actually lie down.) Gaze at the stars and try to feel what it is like to be on a planet – the Earth – hurtling through space. Try to get the feeling of this planet being such a small part of the greater Universe. Feel grateful for being a part of that larger whole and for the forces of nature – or God – that keep your planet safe, and, therefore, you safe. Feel awe and wonder for the vastness of this place you call home. Then, offer up a prayer – of gratitude, or petition.

4. Planting Ritual: Each time you place a plant in a pot or in the ground, or throw some seeds into the earth, imagine that you are planting a seed of change as well. If there is a particular change you desire, voice your intention to create that change as you plant the seed. Then, every day, talk to your seed (seedling, plant) about that change and how you plan on creating it. Speak of the steps you have taken or plan to take that day. Be sure to nurture the plant with water and fertilizer and generally to care for the plant in the same way that you are nurturing and caring for your change.

Summer Time Job Searching

By Carole Martin

The temptations are there – warm, lazy, casual days, when the shoes of choice are "flip flops." Taking the summer off and getting back into the groove of things when the "kids go back to school" would be very easy. You think to yourself, "Nothing's happening during the summer anyway – everybody goes on vacation during these months."

Stop! This is not the time for giving in to those pleasures and giving up on your job search, at least not all the way. You are better off pacing yourself during the summer months, and not stopping your search altogether.

Currently, the numbers of jobs being added to the workforce are reported as a positive sign that things may be opening up on the job front. You don't want to miss out on new opportunities or let someone else get that great job you've been waiting for – do you?

Here are six ways to get through your job search this summer and still enjoy some sun and fun – guilt free.

1. Get up earlier. The sun is up earlier and the early morning hours are much cooler than at high noon. Try leaving your blinds open or shades up and rise when the sun begins to stream through the window. Try to remember what it was like getting up for work on those cold, winter mornings. One bonus to early rising is that the house can be quieter. Hit the Internet before the rest of the family or household is even out of bed.
2. Set a schedule for yourself. Plan to work at your job search for a certain number of h
ours each day – 2,4, or 6 hours. Stick to the schedule that you set for yourself. If you work on the schedule that has a beginning and an end, you can quit on time and still enjoy the rest of the day – guilt free.

3. Take advantage of new networking opportunities. Getting outside more often or going to new places, will expose you to more people. Be sure and make contacts whenever and wherever possible. The best networking is done in the least expected places. You may be sitting at the community pool and connect with a neighbor you haven't seen all winter. Suddenly you have a new contact.

4. Use discretion when networking. Remember, it's summer for everyone. Don't take away from the relaxation of the day by "talking-shop." Be careful to use common sense and good manners when networking. You are never seeking a job – you are seeking information. Conversations can lead down new paths if you don't force the issue.

5. Work in the cool of the evening. Some people work best in the evening. If you are one of these people it is best for you to work when you are your most creative. Play during the day and set for yourself an evening schedule to work the Internet, to do research and to send e-mails.
Contacting people by phone when working in the evening is difficult, however. You may have to work in some day hours to connect with people when necessary.

6. Forget your search and enjoy. When you decide to enjoy a summer picnic or an all-day outing, let go of your job search and enjoy the day. Permit yourself a vacation day from your "job" of job search. Give yourself permission to have some fun and not feel like you should be out there job-hunting. The idea is to feel guilt free and to have some summer fun.

Although job hunting is certainly a key goal for anyone who has been out of work, it is also a good idea to take time "to smell the ocean" once in a while. You will find yourself refreshed and more energized if you take time to enjoy family and friends. By giving yourself permission to take the day off, you can "play" without the guilty feelings that you "should be home working." By setting some limits for yourself, you can work hard and still play. You might even surprise yourself by how productive you can be as a result. As the slogan goes, "You deserve a break today!"
