While there are many traditions in each family, there are usually a few traditional menus that you’ll find. Foods like eggs, ham and chocolate are universally popular however. Ham with potato salad, deviled eggs, watermelon, and chocolate bunnies for dessert is a simple yet delicious menu.

Deviled eggs are created by hard- boiling the egg, peeling them, cutting them in half, and then removing the yolk. The yolk is then placed in a bowl to be mashed with the addition of mayonnaise, dry mustard, salt, pepper, and a touch of paprika. Then you place the mixture back in the egg.

You will need potatoes, mayonnaise, onions, salt and pepper to create potato salad. Generally you chunk up the potatoes and cook them until they are just about to become mushy. Then you add the potatoes to the other ingredients. The amount of the other ingredients will depend on the amount of potatoes you have, as well as personal taste. Finely chopped gherkins or capers also make a delicious addition to any potato salad.

There are many different recipes you can find for potato salad, deviled eggs, and other items you may find on your menu. The point behind the menu is creating something you can share with friends and family to make the day complete.
