My Top 5 Most Profitable Items Sold This Week

By Danny Gard

For those who are looking for items to buy and sell on eBay here are a few that my colleagues and I made some great money on in the past week. This was a difficult week to sell as it was after Christmas but they still managed to make some great profit. Here are my favorites:

- Microsoft Zune Accessories. Though the Zune is the ugly stepchild of the I-pod, it still sells relatively well. The accessories that can be used for the Zune can be found at many outlet sites online and can be sold for great profit on eBay. Watch for sites to have these on sale, as many do, and sell them for a great price on eBay.

- Portland Trailblazers basketball cards. The Brandon Roy rookie cards are starting to climb as he continues to help the Blazers basketball team. If you can get these cards now, they should continue to go up in price. Especially if he makes the all-star team or if he can take his team to the playoffs.

- Used Gamecube games. You can find these at Yard Sales now. As the new systems are out, the old games are being tossed, My friend found quite a few at a yard sale and sold his for a great amount. The great thing about the Gamecube games is that they are still playable on the new Nintendo Wii, the hottest gaming system out. More Wii players are discovering old games they never played before.

- Indiana Jones, and Star Trek memorabilia. With the new movies coming out, these are and should continue to grow in popularity. These are more difficult to find but will be great resale items in the near future.

- Cutco knives. Surprisingly more and more Cutco knives are being found in obscure places like estate sales and storage shed clear outs. For some great items to sell on eBay, the estate sells and storage shed clearouts are gold mines. Especially for the extremely popular Cutco knives.
Good luck on your eBay sales.
