Hire the Best and Right Employees for your Restaurant

By Shareen Aguilar

As a restaurant owner, you surely only want what is best and efficient for your establishment. Though there are certain limitations in welcoming all the good things to a certain restaurant regardless if its the new year or not; you still have control over a better production, marketing and higher sales count for your business.

This is why you should already think about hiring the best of the best employees for your restaurant establishment. Why the best? Because, all the time that you are not around; the status and condition of your lifetime investment lies on the hands of these people that you call your people - your employees. Just because you already know someone from your neighborhood who needs to have a job, doesn't exactly mean that he or she is THE right person to fill in the space.
Next, we proceed to making it crystal clear that before hiring an employee to handle your business and profit; he or she will have to prove that his or her interests, dedication and qualification meets your standard and the work tasks at hand. This is also to say that the person doesn't only have to be the best in your opinion but also the right choice for you to work with.

Which is also why, hiring requires one-on-one interviews. Interview questions that begin with "why", "what", "how much" and "do you" are all essential in filling in the things that you need to know from that person upfront. It is also the answers that they give which makes your questions sensible. Before conducting an interview, think about the approach that you want and the message that you would like to send across to your applicant. This will give them the idea of the type of working environment and boss that they will be dealing with soon.

As for qualifications, you know what to look for. Of course, you will need somebody with a degree but do not forget as well that a person who has a college degree may not have enough experiences and skills that you need for your restaurant. This just means that, don't just look at the credentials of an applicant. If possible, explore more about what they have been doing in the past with previous companies and bosses they have worked with. Learn why they quit from the job and try to assess each of your applicant's passion to work for you and for the job that waits for them.

By Peter Lattimore

There's many reasons why you might want to hire a motorhome. Tour picturesque countryside and coastal terrain in comfort and at your own pace. Stop at will to discover and explore places of interest and natural beauty. Or simply enjoy the freedom of the open road without all the hassle of camping.

Here's a few more reasons why you might want to hire a motorhome:

Travel and stay in remote areas or sites with few facilities including sporting events, festivals and concerts

Use a motorhome to travel and see remote areas of Scotland or Wales. Enjoy the freedom to stop over at any of the recommended or approved sites around the country, or visit one of the many music festivals or sporting events in comfort.

Take all the family including pets
Motorhomes are spacious with all the facilities a family needs. But don't limit yourselves to the children, you can take your pets too. Motorhomes generally cater for 2 to 6 people and there will still be room for the dog.

Not restricted by weather conditions.
Do you enjoy the great outdoors but dislike everything feeling wet and muddy? Hire a motorhome and enjoy the scenery, the cycling, the walking and be able to return to your motorhome for warmth, comfort and even a hot shower. Make a warm relaxing drink to enjoy with a favourite movie.

Try before you buy
Hire a motorhome to try the touring experience and see if it meets your expectations before paying several thousand pounds to own a vehicle. Your hiring experience could prevent you from making a costly mistake!

Choice of "home cooking" or eating out.
Do you like a holiday where you can decide where and when you want to eat? With a motorhome, the choice is yours. Motorhomes come with a fully equipped kitchen with oven and four ring hob so catering for a family or special dietary requirement is easy, or you may prefer to enjoy a take away or a relaxing meal out.

Freedom of the open road without the problems of storage, maintenance and repair bills.
Why spend a fortune on a motorhome or caravan only to have it sit on your drive except for the occasional weekend away? When you hire a motorhome you gain the exciting experience of the touring holiday without all the expense and inconvenience of higher purchase, maintenance and storage payments. Hire a motorhome when you want to for as long as you want to without the hassle!

Take your own accommodation with you when visiting distant family and friends.
Would you like to visit family or friends that live too far away to travel both ways in one day, and they don't have a spare room either? Take the relaxed approach with a Fundays motorhome, travel at your own pace and arrive to stay nearby or even on your distant relatives drive!

Because you've never done it before
When you hire a motorhome the company will go through the operation of the vehicle with you and spend as much or as little time as you wish to ensure you know how to operate the motorhome as required. They will also provide you with detailed instructions to remind you if you are stuck. In addition, they are always available at the end of a telephone to assist if needed.
They will ensure the vehicle is ready for your collection on time with all your extras on board to allow you to get to your first stop without unnecessary delays.
