What You Need To Know About Hypnotizing Someone
There are many different ideas behind how to hypnotize someone, but there are a few things to consider when you are learning how to hypnotize someone. First, you will need some equipment to create a relaxing mood. Without the ability to help someone relax you will find it difficult to get that person to go under in a hypnosis state. Most often hypnotism works best when you create a CD for the person to listen to. You will need to have a soft voice, relaxing music like ocean waves, and a quiet place for the person to be. You may combine all these on the CD or you may use the CD to help the person relax while you are in the room.

Some hypnotists will use a pendulum to get the person to feel sleepy. I have found this method does not work as well as allowing the person to relax and fall into a normal state of daydreaming. According to most books and sources, hypnosis is just a further state of daydreaming where the person is open to suggestion. Therefore, when you are learning how to hypnotize someone you will want to help him or her in his or her natural state rather than having them a little tense.

When you learn how to hypnotize someone, you are learning about several things. You will learn how to soften your voice, learn how to ask questions about why they feel the need for hypnotism and learn how to use music to induce a relaxing state. Hypnosis is generally used for wellness, losing weight, and to quit smoking. The CD is known to be the most effective way to hypnotize someone. The music, being alone in the room and being comfortable helps a person relax and cause them to be more open to suggestion.
